It was a great experience staying at Travelodge Bournemouth Cooper Dean. I think this is the best Travelodge I’ve ever stayed at. I was in room number 202,The air, the room—everything was perfect for me. The Hotel Supervisor was very helpful. I had a problem with the Wi-Fi, but she solved it very professionally.

We have to say this is the best travel lodge we have ever stayed in. The decor was really luxurious and the room was spacious.. Very comfortable beds and a great size bathroom..

The service was exceptional and Juan and trisha were very warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. They make a great team! Highly recommend! The location is ideal if you wish to explore Bournemouth the beds are amazing and the staff do everything to accommodate you.

Apart from a comfortable stay for a night, I would like to mention Tricia (this mornings supervisor) who was superb in assisting me with arranging my taxi. Trouble with internet connection in the rain, but while I was flustered, she was patient, efficient and so courteous to get me to my work appointment on time. She went over and beyond to help. Kept my luggage safely and was there to greet me again when I returned to collect it. Very much appreciated and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

I had a few moments of feeling totally inadequate when it was discovered that I had reserved the room on-line - and paid for it - only for it to be the wrong date. I had also travelled over 100 miles to be there. So it's fair to say that my stress levels increased substantially!! However, once Abu (Manager) became involved, he easily changed the booking, I paid the small difference, and had a wonderful night's sleep to boot! Great friendly staff, good clean Travelodge and easy to find. I might even return!

My names Harrison and I’ve got to say Travelodge Cooper Dean was excellent! It’s a 8 minute journey from the airport which was super handy and the staff made it such a wonderful experience. A big shout out to Juan who was a lovely member of staff! I will certainly be coming back here again Thank you, Harrison :)

Me and my friend arrived on the 13th of May 2025 when we got to the hotel checked in we had 106 we’ve been handed over the keys old style. When we went for a shower, we put the shower onto to warm up. the water went everywhere the bathroom floor. I rung the manager to come and clean it up and mop the floor. We asked for some extra towels he said not possible because the housekeeping gone home I wanna go in the shower the shower head keep going upwards this hotel need to refit it so old and the best are not comfortable. The rooms are not cold enough when you put the fan on. I went to get a bottle of water from the machine in reception £2.30 What a expensive bottle of water and I would never be staying again.

A great base for a quick trip to the New Forest and the coast. Room was quite small but very clean and perfectly adequate for four of us for one night. Beds were comfy! Didn’t hear any road noise even though quite close by. Would consider again if visiting nearby.
