Absolutely awful hotel. Don't leave your luggage in your room, as it won't be there when you return!! Customer service awful, he needs to go on a training course, he gets physical with you if you disagree with him. We swore at us several times, after we complained about him moving our luggage from our room, which we had paid him.. but no refund!!.

Basic but clean and tidy somewhere to lay your head with accommodating staff and a very helpful owner located very near West Cliff and eateries this is indeed what it is and expectations should be managed.
