The kitchen connects to a dining room with modern table and chairs, a family room with a gas fireplace, SmartTV and comfy leather furniture, an expansive raised deck with outdoor furniture (dining table and chairs), BBQ, and a stairway leading to extremely private backyard area featuring an aggregate patio with outdoor furniture (chairs and built-in wood benches). There is also a separate hexagon-shaped Great Room with a comfortable fold out couch, high table with two swivel chairs, tall windows on all sides looking out to the private backyard and wooded area, featuring vaulted ceilings, and a large gas fireplace.The house is located at the end of a wide cul-de-sac on a large lot with nice street appeal, front and back lawns, and lots of Cedar, Fir, Hemlock, and other native NW trees, ferns, salal, and bushes in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to Bridle Trails State Park.
