Convenient to restaurants, groceries, galleries and a fresh seafood market across the street.This beautiful home is on a wonderful, uncrowded stretch of beach. Comfortable, bright, with a classic Outer Banks feel. You'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor (1 kind bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 bedroom with two twins). The 2nd floor has a master suite with king size bed, full bathroom and oceanfront balcony, and another bedroom with a queen bed and 1/2 bath.Enjoy your morning coffee while watching dolphins from the deck. Or take one step down and kick it with your toes in the sand. There's plenty to do or not to do!There's a fresh seafood market right across the street, and in summer, a produce stand, too. There's putt-putt just down the beach road and delicious ice cream treats too. Grocery stores and restaurants are also very convenient, as well as galleries and unique shopping. You can take a short stroll to the Nags Head Fishing Pier for breakfast or check out what folks are catching. SATURDAY Check-in!We provide the bed linens and bath towels. Just bring your beach chair and towels! We have contactless entry with pass code at the front door, so you can check-in any time after 4pm. Sea Spray Cottages were built in 1950. There are 5 cottage in total, each cottage is similar to the others, but unique in its own way. My wife and I have been operating the SEA SPRAY COTTAGES OBX for vacation rentals since 2009. We run a mom & pop operation, an experience from a day gone-by but thoroughly enjoyed by our guests.Cottage #4 is very unique to the outer banks; it is a one-bedroom cottage. It is perfect for couples who want to spend time at the beach in a well-appointed space without distraction from others. The cottage has a large great room with living, dining, kitchen, and desk space. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (linens and towels NOT provided) and tiled bath with tub/shower combination. Cottage #4 has a wrap-around porch that has a seating area to enjoy your favorite beverages at and a private outdoor dining area. There also is a patio in the rose garden for sunning on days that the beach may be a little too cool. Check in is at 4 and check out is at 10.Dogs are welcome, we try to keep it to 2 (the cottages are primarily for folks). $125 for the first two and $100 each after that. Also unique to the Outer Banks, Cottage #4 is available for nightly stays even during the summer. In the summer we do have a 3-night minimum. The location of Sea Spray Cottages OBX is ideal. Centrally located at Mile Post 11.7 in Nags Head, just south of the Nags Head pier and north of Snowbird Soft Serve Ice Cream Shop. It is on the west side of the 'beach road' and faces the cottages that backup to the ocean (they are ocean front). If your desired dates of travel are not available in this cottage, we have others.
