The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the guest room has a queen, the "kids" room has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom a twin on top, and a twin trundle. There is a fold away bed in the guest room closet. All furnishings, bedding, etc. are new.Beautiful view of the snow covered Wasatch Mountains from the back window. Relax on the sofa by the fireplace and and look out the windows at the gorgeous mountain view.Backyard has the Hot Tub, Firepit, BBQ, dining table, and other play things.The exterior of the home, except the hot tub area, is secured by a video camera system. This is for the protection of our property and our neighbor's. The doorbell is also a Ring video camera that allows us to see and communicate with visitors at the door.Guest accessGuests have use of the entire house, except the basement and garage. The owner has possessions and parks in the garage. The hosts live in the apartment below the house with a separate entrance. Anytime you need anything, they are close by.1/4 acre yard, with grass, a relaxing pergola area with fire pit, swing, Hot Tub, recreational games, a dining table for outdoor eating, and a breathtaking view of the snow covered mountains.House has a security system that includes external 24/7 Video surveillance. The entrance is by coded deadbolt.
