As the kitchen is a natural place to congregate there is a breakfast nook and table as well as island counter seating. This seven-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom house was built in the 1880s and is well maintained and beautifully appointed. It underwent a $1,000,000 remodel in the late 1990's.
