Hôtel très bien situé, propre & très récent !

A estadia foi incrível! A mulher da recepção a noite foi um amor conosco , meu cãozinho ficou super a vontade .

L’hôtel était très bien, j’ai passé une bonne nuit tout était bien il y a eu aucun problème

Das Hotel liegt im Norden Bregancas, deutlich vom Zentrum entfernt. Es sieht beinahe wie ein Wohnblock aus und hat eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage. Mein Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und und hatte ein gutes Doppelbett. Die Badezimmertür diente auch als Zimmertür. Das Frühstück sollte 8 Euro kosten. Anders sls bei den meisten anderen portugiesischen Hotels war es optional. Während meines Aufenthaltes fanden Renovierungsarbeiten statt, mit der Folge von Lärm und Einschränkungen. Der Kaffee an der Hausbar ( Foto) war sehr groß, günstig, schmeckte aber kaum nach Kaffee.

Sad service, not professional The door to the washroom got stuck. When confronted the front desk. Their response is am i crazy to think we can check every door of this hotel. When i asked for the manager, he said he is relaxing in turkey and wont be bothering him.

Un séjour simple en amoureux, et qui nous a fait revivre un séjour de rêve. Une gentillesse a l'accueil,une propreté irréprochable,un service exceptionnel. Bref un super 5 Etoile Mon épouse et moi même avons déjà visité de multiples hôtel, Mais celui-là est réellement à recommander.

nos han atendido en español muy amablemente. Solo hemos pasado una noche pero ha sido una habitación cómoda y el hotel tiene buena ubicación

Hotel ótimo , atendentes simpáticas e atenciosas

Location is not as advertised, otherwise good. The hotel is acceptable, but the location on the booking site is WRONG. The hotel is much further from the city center than shown. This is not the first time I have encountered this deceptive practice. When I do, no one will take responsibility -- just finger pointing, then everyone shrugs as if to say "It's the customer's fault. The shouldn't have trusted us." Guess what, you're right. Why am I trusting a booking site that lies to me?

Quarto ouviasse o movimento na estrada, o parque un autentico desastre, muito estreito para entrar e sair nas curvas foi preciso fazer manovras para dar a volta, aconselho a nao utilisar o parque subterranio, com FIAT500 entrasse bem mas bate no chão ao entrar e sair, preç0 10 euros o dia. Há muito parque fora.

Comfortable and accommodating. It was perfect for one night. Very spacious and comfortable if you are passing through Bragança. Staff were very helpful as well.

Basic Ibis Bragança It is a basic Ibis that is good for a 1-2 night stay and the price is appropriate for what you get. As with any Ibis in this class, there were no amenities in the room other than 1 wash that is supposed to be used as shampoo, soap and body wash. Unfortunately the beds are terrible. The mattress topper that is used constantly slid off the bed. Had to get up through the night to move the topper back on to the bed. One very positive of the room, is the cleanliness and friendliness of the housekeeping staff. Not even a speck of dust on the black base boards. The ladies who clean these rooms are excellent and need to be acknowledged for the incredible job they do. Some of the front end/check in staff need to be more pleasant when greeting the public.
