"A staff will reach out to you the day before check in and provide you details. You will collect the apartment keys from the keybox at the apartment building. It was a little confusing to find the correct apartment building as there were 2 side by side. Apartment was small but cozy and sufficiently comfortable. My apartment was on the 2nd floor and you could hear some commotion from the streets but it was still manageable."

"This hotel was looked newly revovated. Thus, it was clean with new furniture and decor. The room was clean and the house keeper took actions to our request efficiently. However, their gym was small and only few equipment provided . Besides , it had very bad lighting. I arrived the gym at about 9:30pm, I had doubt and fear to enter the gym because the corridor was dark and the gym was located at the corner of the lift lobby."

"Good location,excellent customer service. The room is big with modern design, complete with electric kettle(with the usual coffee,tea & sugar) & small fridge. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. It’s a nice touch that they put the guest’s name in the room’s t.v & a small card from the housekeeping staff. I was happy with the cleanliness, until I saw a stain in the duvet/comforter (which looks like an old blood). I only saw it on the morning of check-out when the duvet cover accidentally opened when i was tidying-up the bed. I mentioned it to the reception staff & she said she will feedback to the housekeeping."

"Feeling disappointed when stepped into the room 510. The room is super hot due to sunset direction and no ventilation was switched on. Despite requested the windows to be opened there was still a double concealed window, air or wind cannot entered. I didn't understand the trainee staff at the reception was doing. She knew nothing and not helpful until a senior staff came and we suggested her for a fan and changed room. Room was changed to 421 which has the ventilation. Thanks for their helpfulness to resolve it. But I won't visit it again due to their culture sustainability and green which has totally destroyed our mood for holidays. I took the picture of the building. That was the fifth floor which covered the double panels and no wind at all even the windows are opened."

"Location is absolutely fantastic ! Central to everywhere. We visited the visited the Xmas markets which were amazing. Stumbled into a brilliant live music band. The only issue we had with the hotel is no milk so could not enjoy a cup of tea . We asked the reception for some and they didn’t have any. Also would of been nice to have an option for breakfast . Would stay again. "

"Absolutely adored this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly (especially Jan at the front desk) and the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. A bit far outside of the historic district, but Ubers here are extremely affordable so it's not an issue. It is also right next to the national football stadium (we caught a Slovakia vs. Romania game for less than $5). Rooms were large and beautiful, and we were even given an upgrade on one of our rooms to a suite. I wish we had stayed here more than just 1 night!"
