非常有設計感的酒店，位置很好，服務很好，設施完善，用品很好

酒店位置好出入方便 酒店大堂酒吧整體感覺漂亮，裝飾很有藝術感。衹可惜我們沒有去享用。 房間乾淨衞生，但和酒吧和公共區域相比感覺一般。 酒店早餐不錯，東西豐富品質好。餐廳環境也漂亮。

Very nice and great location

Great location. Great outlook. The Victoria Loft looked amazing. Bedsheet was dirty though and had stains on it.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Bruges. Our room was immaculate, the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good time range Service in the bar was quick and friendly. The Xmas decorations were lovely. We would/will go back to this hotel.

The hotel located in the heart of Bruges. The lounge and hotel itself is very grand with beautiful decoration. Room is nice and staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

ロビー、お部屋共にインテリアもとても素敵で、ヨーロッパに来た！と実感できるホテルでした。 ロケーションもマルクト広場にとても近く、とても便利でした。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした！ またブルージュを訪れる際には是非このホテルを利用したいです。

시설, 서비스, 침구 다 좋았지만 사우나가 젤 기억에 남아요! 브뤼헤는 다들 당일치기로 다녀가시길래 호텔을 괜히 잡았나 싶었는데 2박동안 너무 만족했습니다!

Trop bref pour profiter de tout ce dont l'hôtel a à offrir. Mais personnel sympathique, attentionné et très poli. Polyglotte et sens pratique très aigu! Chambre impeccable et très fonctionnelle. Personnel de salle de petit déjeuner attentionné et discret tout en étant efficace. Donc, séjour parfait

The reception was just great fast, helpfull. Because I left first day very early they prepared a breakfast pack for le who was ready at 05.00 AM. Bed and room a dream, bathroom all products high quality. Breakfast you would love to have everyday. Checkout fast easy and very gentle. Perfect hotel to stay in Bruges. For tourist info is 50 meter from market place.

乾淨衞生，位置不錯

房間就是圖片上的樣子 完全符合我的預期。大大的水晶吊燈 4米多高的層高。氣質滿分。市中心，逛累了 中途還能回來歇歇腳 對面就是好吃的餐廳，打開窗街景也滿意。 唯一不足 空調太冷，沒有户外早餐區域 總體很滿意

此行最糟糕的體驗！定的運河優質景觀房，面積26平方。實際上給的2409號房間撐死了1 2個平方，房門打開頂到了床沿上，然後房間頂上有2個很大的斜角，2個人在房間裏連身體都轉不過來。下去跟前台交涉，前台説所有運河優質景觀房都這樣，我個人覺得就是故意給我們在攜程上定房的中國人差的房間，有點種族歧視。看房間的佈局圖就知道這個房間是最小的一個房間，什麼運河優質景觀房根本看不到運河，衹看見幾個屋頂！二顆星是給酒店早餐的，早餐確實是很棒，但房間必須給差評！而且根本就沒有服務，連瓶水都沒有。
