部屋の床に埃が多く掃除から始まりました。 立地はケアンズ駅、ショッピングセンターまでも徒歩5分ほどで便利でした。 また無料のBBQコンロがあり、便利でした。

I recently stayed at Southern Cross Atrium Apartments and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is definitely one of the highlights—it’s conveniently situated within walking distance of the ferry terminal, which was perfect for my Great Barrier Reef outing. Additionally, having supermarkets nearby made it easy to pick up groceries and essentials, adding to the convenience. The room itself was well-equipped, especially for longer stays. It came with a full set of cooking utensils and kitchen facilities, which made it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. However, one drawback was the WiFi. The signal in the room was quite weak, which made it difficult to get online consistently. This was a bit frustrating, especially when I needed to do some research or planning for the next day’s activities. I often had to move around to find a better signal, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, Southern Cross Atrium Apartments offers great value with its prime location and self-contained rooms, but improving the WiFi would make the stay even better for travelers who need reliable internet access.

對比了周圍同價位的住宿，這家衞生環境都很不錯，訂了三天住的很舒服，我們是留學生放假來玩的，感覺洗漱沐浴用品不足這個問題在澳洲還算挺正常的😅

Beautiful Accommodation in the perfect walkable location to everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again. The staff were so friendly and we loved the bag storage service that is offered.

とにかくお部屋が素晴らしかったです！綺麗で、清潔感がありました！バルコニーも付いていて、プールも見えました。８日間の滞在でしたが、キッチンも付いていたので自炊ができました。ライスクッカーもあり、とても助かりました。調味料は塩、ペッパー、砂糖がありました。コーヒーと紅茶も置いてありました。鍋やお皿、カトラリー、タッパーが３つほどなどと、自炊するには十分な道具が揃っていました。洗濯機と乾燥機が付いているお部屋にしましたが、共用のようにいちいちお金がかからなかったので、ルームサービスがなくてもタオルなど洗濯ができたのでコスパが良かったです。1週間の滞在だと4日目にクリーニングが入ります。トイレットペーパーと箱ティッシュは２つずつ置いてありました。バスタオル、フェイスタオル、ハンドタオルが2枚ずつありました。 日本人スタッフが1人いらっしゃいました。 周辺には目の前に大きなモールがあり、徒歩で5分で着きます。ラグーンも徒歩20分とありましたが、2人で話しながら歩くので、体感もっと近かったように感じます。ロケーションも最高でした。 ケアンズで長い滞在ならここをおすすめします。

Convenient location with good service of reception, the only disadvantage is no lift

とても1人で滞在するには広くて良かったです。 アメニティもしっかりしていて、快適に過ごせました。 1人の人にもおすすめです。

位置方便，適合家庭出遊。

入住的房間面積大，但幾乎是看不到外面的，視線都有遮擋，好在窗户比較多，通風沒問題。廚具齊全，地理位置優越，沒有特別大的噪聲，酒店衞生不錯，有垃圾站，入住期間自己扔垃圾到垃圾站。

静かで素晴らしい施設でした 毎日の掃除はなかったですが、部屋が広いので気になりませんでした。 生活に不自由ないアメニティ、特にランドリー用品やキッチン用品が充実していて、すぐ近くの大型スーパーで買い物をしてディナーを作り。ベランダで食事を楽しみました 施設に、サウナとジムがあると書いてありましたが、鍵があかず利用できませんでした
