The hotel is very comfortable, with the swimming pools, shops, garden with different plants. The breakfast was rich with a great assortment of products.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday! The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused. We will definitely be back here. WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

We stayed in April 2025 with me my husband my 6 year old and my mother. The staff are absolutely outstanding! Especially these people: Nara from reception, Yunes,Laura,Martina and Gulia and Pepe of course! From the entertainment team and Jose and the female colleague with him on a night in the bar! Absolutley fabulous staff members! We went all inclusive and I purposely stayed here to see what the hotel is like as I am a travel agent and wanted to see it for myself as the company I work for sells it alot. The food in the hotel was absolutely rubbish! The best thing was the hash browns at breakfast and the toasties at the snack bar. So I only sell it now as either self catering/or B&B. All being said, I would stay here again but I wouldn’t go all inclusive! Ask for the Antigua side as the jorge side has no reception you have to check in at the Antigua side and It is much quieter at that side..

Cigarette butts everywhere. Weak spirits and poor bar service making you wait long times. Only a handful of staff are friendly. Adult evening entertainment is very poor. Bar closes at 11pm and you can’t sit around finishing your drinks. Security move you to your rooms.

The hotel overall was an enjoyable place to stay with plenty of sunbeds and pools to choose from. The reception staff were excellent. Waiting staff and bar staff could do with somencustomer service training.

Whilst on the surface the hotel can appear a little dated, it is exceptionally clean (rooms cleaned daily) and the facilities are great. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We are staying half board and the breakfast/ lunch options are extremely varied and caters for everyone. Upon check in we had an issue with our bathroom window being broken but this was resolved quickly by the very helpful staff. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a lovely hotel food great something for everyone rooms clean and bedding clean the whole hotel clean great animation team. Restaurant staff amazing service drinks fetched to your table. Will be returning.

Just got back from a week with the family. This hotel is amazing . The staff are so lovley and can't do enough for you. The entertainment for children is incredible. Are granddaughter who is 4 had the best week. Food is great something for everyone and really tasty. Definitely more than a 3 star. Thank you so much for a brilliant week

Iker is the best I like the bingo a mind the best activity the aqua dance is the best hotel for the kids I love it the best part of the animation is the shows

The staff are great so friendly and welcoming.the food & drink is exceptional.the hotel was so clean and tidy and was keeped really clean all week by the cleaners the bed was so comfy the best bed we have sleeped in while been abroad.honeslty I can recommend this hotel to anyone so a nice place to stay and will definitely be returning

beautiful place I was so emotional seeing this place I told my parents when we walked around this is that is where I wanted to stay So my mom booked it and believe me it was so beautiful the meals where good and you can get a takeaway lol cold but still food I'm sorry but ambone complaining about this place is a joker
