It was a pleasant experience. The housekeeping guy helped us to find the parking. He even waited for us at the entrance of the parking.  The front desk personnel was very helpful to my inquiries.

這個可能是我們目前在境外入住過的，性價比最高的酒店了！首先地理位置優越，在市中心，距我們要辦事的地方很近，還有市區段免費的軌道車搭乘！雖然是老牌酒店，設施還是可以的，孩子們很愛去健身房玩，衹可惜頂層泳池由於季節原因沒有開放！床品很乾凈舒適！洗漱用品是我喜歡的，味道清新！下次再去的話還會選擇！

The location is in the downtown Calgary. Quite convenient in exploring the city.

Bad Hotal

Decent hotel in Calgary DT, a bit dated but clean. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.

房間很棒，很大位置也很好找距離公交地鐵很近，在市中心方便快捷

We love the hotel’s location. Most of the attractions in downtown Calgary are just walking distance. The check in went smooth and fast, the front desk personnels are quite friendly, helpful and accommodating (especially Catherine). There are also many restaurants nearby. We loved our stay at the hotel.

good hotel at a good location in Calgary. The only wish I would have it that the bill would appear on my credit card the same day I pay and that it would specify if this comes from parking or restaurant or hotel. That would east my expense filing. The restaurant is nice by the way. I enjoyed my stay there. 

除了地點location 好之外， 沒什麼特別好的地方 ，房間老舊 ，使用廚房瓦斯爐 還需要額外收費

第一次遭遇要洗澡了沒熱水一直等到半夜三更也沒來 同樣也是第一次遭遇護膚品被housekeeper扔（拿走）卻不承認

The location is great, well-connected to the subway and buses!

그냥 잠밖에 안잤어요. 방음은 크게 안되는듯해요. 복도에 있으면 방 안에 소리들 새어나오고.. 흡연자 분들 저녁이나 밤에는 호텔 입구에서 담배피지 마요.. 잠깐 피는데 두개나 뜯김 ㅠㅠㅠ

建物は古いですが清潔で広さもあります。スタッフの方は最低限の案内のみ。また３泊しましたが、一度も部屋の掃除がなされませんでした。２日目に掃除の方にタオルと紙コップだけ追加でもらいましたが、３日には面倒になりお願いするのもやめました。ゴミ箱もいっぱいですしアメニティも不足しましたが、連泊の際は掃除しないんですかね。部屋の温度の調整できず夜は寒く、セーターを着て寝ました。 また常にドアの開閉の音が響いてうるさく、スタッフの方の部屋に近かったためか朝からドアの外での立ち話の声がうるさく目が覚めました。チェックアウトの時にこれらの事を伝えようと思いましたが、滞在がどうだったか聞かれず料金の確認をしたのみだったので、ここのスタッフさんは言っても響かないだろうなと思いました。同じ料金で他にも同等のホテルはありそうなので、もっと快適に過ごせそうな他のホテルをおすすめします。
