Hotel Best Maritim

El hotel impecable, la comida buena y de variedad, habitación limpia, cómoda y con detalles. El personal muy amables. Lo único el spa q se paga aparte y la mitat de chorros no funcionaban

Cet hôtel se situe à Cambril dans le quartier de vilafortuny. Vous êtes à côté de Salou à pied et en bus (un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel, achetez une carte de bus rechargeable dans les agences bus plana, le ticket vous revient 3 fois moins cher). Au niveau des chambres le ménage est fait tous les jours et proprement. On entend pas mal les voix dans les couloirs et si vous êtes juste en haut de la salle de fête , vous pouvez entendre du bruit lors des soirées. Quand vous êtes k.o ça passe sinon prévoyez des boules caisses. De ce qui est du petit déjeuner c’est vraiment un 10/10 ! Beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Le buffet du soir lui aussi c’est un 10/10 , énormément de plats et desserts pour le prix de 15€ par personne. J’ai testé la salle de sport , petite mais génial avec les machines de base et mêmes des altères. Et pour terminer l’accueil était plus ou moins bien. Enfin au Check-in l’hôtesse était un peu froide et pas très polie. Mais d’autres hôtes et hôtesses sont biens. Vous pouvez louer des vélos à l’hôtel pour 9€ la journée (testé mais pas approuvé donc une hôtesse nous a fait un geste commerciale). Sinon louer juste à quelques pas de l’hôtel pour à peu près la même somme.

Czysto i pachnąco, doskonała lokalizacja, smaczne jedzenie i miła obsługa. Wszystko, czego oczekuję od hotelu w tym standardzie. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, ręczniki wymieniane na życzenie (ręcznik na ziemi - do wymiany, na wieszaku - zostaje i dbamy o środowisko). Kosmetyki hotelowe o przyjemnym roślinnym zapachu (żel, szampon, balsam). Pokój od strony wewnętrznej z bajecznym widokiem na morze oraz basen i scenę - w zasadzie mogliśmy oglądać programy animacyjne z balkonu. Drobny minus był taki, że w związku z tym wieczorami było głośno i zamknięcie okna niewiele dawało. Trudno za to odejmować punkty, ponieważ w każdym hotelu z animacjami trzeba się z tym liczyć. Jeśli nie lubi się dudnienia muzyki wieczorami, lepiej wybrać bardziej kameralny obiekt (Best Maritim to jednak ogromny hotel), ewentualnie poprosić o pokój na stronę zewnętrzną.

Bonjour, j ai effectuée un séjours au mois d avril, une horreur ! L hôtel est bien placé certes, mais il c est vraiment dégradé, certaine personnes à l accueil n ont aucune gentillesse et aucun sourire, le directeur aucun professionnalisme, aigris et hautain ! J'ai séjourné 6 jours dans une chambre avec une douche défaillante l eau coulée jusqu'à la moquette du couloir, une vraie piscine ! J'ai glissée en sortant de la douche j ai dû signalé à plusieurs reprises, notamment au directeur ce problème, il en avait rien à foutre! Bref cet hôtel désolé ne mérite vraiment pas ses 4 étoiles ! Le directeur de l hôtel devrait être viré! Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel c est sûr !!

Han sido unos días geniales.Nada más llegar nos asignaron una habitación con unas vistas preciosas. Íbamos dos adultos con dos niños de 13 y 11 y cambiamos de sobra. El personal muy amable,el buffet muy bueno y abundante,tanto en la comida como en la cena. Los desayunos espectaculares. Los masajes del Spa también me gustaron. La situación perfecta a un paso de la playa. Pudimos aparcar detrás del hotel,en esta época aún no se paga zona azul. Repetiremos.

The hotel is in a good location and we enjoyed many long walks into Salou and Cambrils. We visited on a half board basis for 6 nights from 24th to 30th April, we had previously contacted the hotel to request a high floor quiet room away from the lifts and entertainment area, initially this is what we thought we had until we realized it was right above the children’s play park, it turned out to be extremely noisy and this went on some nights until around 11pm, this needs to be addressed by the hotel. The room itself was simple but clean and had everything you needed, the fridge had a few complimentary items which was a lovely touch, there was also a kettle supplied, bring your own cups if you don’t like the paper ones supplied in room. The room was kept nice and clean by the daily housekeeping staff. The balcony was tiny but adequate, we rarely used it due to the noise from the play park. We were in room 3029 The food was typical hotel fare, we certainly never went hungry, breakfast very repetitive as most hotels are, massive queues for the omelette station, only one member of staff for this and pancake station and she was pretty miserable most of the time, only cheese and ham offered, no onion, mushroom or peppers, pretty limited choice. Lots of bread and rolls and they seemed to be baked on the premises, usual cereals and yogurts, scrambled eggs really to sloppy for us, hot and cold juices and water available, enjoyed the sugar puffs, really good quality ones. Evening meals were fine, only had one evening where we had difficulty finding something to eat which was the Saturday, everything seemed to be geared around fish which is great if you are a fish lover which we aren’t, even the soup was fish, there is only one choice of soup do not ideal. There is a selection of pizzas, we found these to be extremely salty, there is also a regular burger and hotdog area which was very popular. We never went hungry though, the desserts were great, really delicious and good quality. There were loads of kids running around picking up food and putting it back again, really needs to be addressed, there are packets of hand sanitizer wipes though which we used frequently as not wanting to pick up any kind of bug. We mainly had water with our meals and a litre bottle was 2.40euros. We were there during the power outage but it didn’t affect the hotel as they had their own generator. WiFi was fine, better in some areas than others, the tv had a good selection of English channels. Staff all really nice and friendly, apart from the omelette woman. It was really close to supermarkets and a handy location for amenities. We never sat out sunbathing but there always seemed to be plenty availability of sunbeds. On checking in you are given a bracelet which is also your room key, it has a little chip in it and you unlock your door by holding it over where you would put the key, very handy. We did have a nice time but would probably have preferred a hotel for adults only. Ho
