Bel hôtel propre Ils nous ont donné deux lits dommage et la vue n’était celle qu’on voulait

What a lovely place to just relax! Had a great time Hotel is very clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room we had was a standard double and was sapacious enough for the two of us, also for those that have mentioned before found quite a few English TV stations. I would say also bring your own teabags and there is a shop across the road to buy milk.(there is a fridge in room) Although teabags supplied wasn't the same though thats just personal preference. Beds were very comfortable and balcony was a good size to sit out on. Food - Can NOT complain about the food at all! Lots of choice and different theme each night everything we had we loved! and I have a hubby who's a very fussy eater and he found lots of things he could eat. Lots of pasta's grilled meats even a pizza station. Breakfast was the same lots of choice fruits, cooked breakfast, cereals and freshley baked on site pastries..Yum! Pool area although not large was very nice and relaxed. Never had to fight for a bed. Plenty of shaded areas too which quite a few families made the most of. If it's SUN you require the beach across the pathway had loads of beds too you could hire 10Euro each with shade if required all day until 7pm. There are NO inflateables allowed in pool but pool noodles were ok. But considering size of pool not really surprised. Area is very pretty and you can buy a T-10 bus ticket across the road for 10 Euros for 10 rides, takes 5 mins on bus into Cambrils well worth a visit. Lovely town lots of restuarants shops and bars.

Estancia de 12 noches en este hotel por las buenas críticas. La habitación estandar pequeña, solo cabe una silla, la 2ªpersona se sentará en el suelo. Wifi gratis muy lenta, la rápida, a pagar. Lo mismo que la caja fuerte, algo que ya nadie cobra. Toallas de piscina se deja un depósito de 10 € lo normal, pero al cambiarlas, a pagar un €, algo que en 12 días debe hacerse. En cafetería si tomas algo,no hay ticket, especificando consumo y precio, los camareros calculan mentalmente lo que no sabes si te están cobrando lo correcto. Tuve la intención de reclamarlo pero me pareció algo molesto para mi, cuando es su obligación darlo. Además ahorran en servilletas de papel, ni una noche las hubo sobre las mesas si había que limpierse, con nuestros klines o pañuelos. En cuanto a la limpieza, muy deficiente tanto en habitaciones como en la piscina donde los lavabos son mu pequeños y estaban muy sucios, ni un solo día los vi limpios. El espacio en piscina se hace pequeño, las hamacas faltan y hay que andar a su caza, algún día hemos tenido que esperar a que quedase una libre. En fin de semana, por no haber sitio en la piscina, ni tumbona libre nos hemos metido a leer en el hall. Añadir que el desayuno es flojo y los zumos de máquina. No somos excesivamente exigentes pero las deficiencias saltan a la vista. Salida fácil a la playa y el personal muy amable. No volveremos, estancia incómoda, con mucho ruido, muchas actividades y sobre todo mucha cutrería...Creo que la categoría es excesiva.
