For the price is a good trade , all workers and servers really nice. Food is good not an extremely large selection but what they prepare is good. Bar is extremely limited and doesn’t have any good brand of anything just basic stuff , for $9.00us they could serve better stuff. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 is the harassment at the lobby for the time share you will lose 1/2 day of your precious well deserve holidays .

Es un lugar muy acogedor. Es pequeño pero hermoso a mi parecer. La gente muy, muy amable, y por lo cual te hace sentir super cómodo. Y en un ambiente familiar 😍. Excelente servicio en todos los aspectos. Un lugar muy recomendable. Volvería a este lugar.

Definitivamente un lugar muy recomendable. Te hacen sentir en casa y querer regresar. La gente a su atención es muy amable y eso cuenta mucho para querer regresar. Si trato hace que nos sintamos totalmente cómodos y a gusto. 100% recomendable.

Un lugar que superó mis expectativas, me pareció tan pero tan acogedor. Las personas en servicio son muy amables, me encantó el ambiente, tan amistoso. Sin duda alguna, recomendaría Laguna Suites como una excelente opción, y volvería una y otra vez. Felicito ampliamente a todo el equipo de trabajo, pidiéndoles que continúen de esta manera. El personal que labora en el hotel es muy calida y servicial. Por mencionar algunos Nohemi y Julio de recepcion, de la cocina Lupita (mesera), Johan (cantinero), Miguel (capitan) Francisco (cheff) y muchos mas que no recuerdo sus nombres. En general todo el personal El lugar es muy tranquilo para quien solo quiere ir a relajarse y no le gusta el bullocio. Hay transporte que te traslada a los diferentes hoteles de la cadena. Se encuentra a unos 10 min de la playa y los cuartos son muy limpios. Muy buena experiencia sin duda la repetiria.

Hotel muy tranquilo con un personal maravilloso, la atencion desde el check in con Nohemi y Emmanuel, el Servicio en el restaurant a cargo de Edwin, Sergio, Dago y Carlos hicieron de nuestras comidas una experiencia superior. En el bar de la piscina Johan tiene siempre una muy buena actitud y profesionalidad. La comida expectacular siempre fresca y con muy buena elaboracion, si en algo deberian mejorar es la variedad del buffet en las noches la verdad es que no se corresponde la oferta con el precio. Propiedad muy limpia con habitaciones amplias y servicio diario. Realmente recomendable.

Our server is very good. His name is dago. On our first day he was very welcoming. And we felt very comfortable and welcomed and he was our server every dinner it our experience in laguna suites get much better because of him. Our vacation was underwhelming compared to the hype of cancun in the social media.

We have a wonderful experience in Laguna suite, people are so friendly and the service are excellent, Food was amazing and the kids really emjoy the swimming pool. We will definitely recommend this amazing place. The Bar tender really makes good cocktail's drink.
