Arrived on 30th December at 8pm for one night as moving to a resort the next day. They did not honor a Priceline reservation saying we should cancel with them and book with them instead on cash. We told them we had a non-refundable booking as it was already the day of arrival. They said they had a room but would only take cash. The front desk people don't understand English and we had to use Google translate for our conversations. Priceline called them but they didn't answer their phone. While we were resolving issues with Priceline and sitting on one of their cafe chairs on the sidewalk (cafe was empty), the reception lady started singing "goodbye, goodbye" looking here and there and not directly at us. But there was no one else so she clearly was trying to indicate that we should leave. We would have stayed for like 15-20 min. Just unbelievable.
