A comfortable 3 nights stay. Room is small as expected from a budget hotel. Separate shower and toilet nice. Walkable to the train station and city centre. Two mini supermarkets across the road. Meals and drinks sold downstairs but we didn't have any. Breakfast options too.

Room was ok. But wifi was not working. Even after complaining they didn't made it right. Room space & washroom is very small. Also we need to buy coffee separately. Overall it was an ok stay

Quite convenient. Reception staff is helpful. Unlimited tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the lobby. Can buy takeout and have dinner there. Nice!

Staff were helpful and friendly, stored our luggage for us as we were early. There is a Co-op Supermarket directly across the road with lots of food and snack choices. The hotel is basic but comfortable and in a quiet area. They have a buffet breakfast.

The ibis hotel I can only deductive in one word … budgety the breakfast was ok but could provide more options the beds were unreal and the design was meant to be futureistic but wasn’t the best also the cups in the lobby the cone ones anrent very long lasting

I am sorry to learn that the design of the room was not your liking, i will forward your comments to our design team if they look to make any changes in future. The cone paper cups are kept for guest to drink the fresh lemon water upon arrival as a welcome drink which is meant to trow out after first use, we do have large hard paper cups and glasses which we could have provided upon request.
