"The hotel has an exceptional location overlooking the Etna volcano, but high above Taormina. The road to the hotel is quite challenging, solid, but steep and very winding, going up ramps or the far edge of a steep hill. The hotel is beautiful, architecturally interesting, the receptionist a little haughty, a little shy, but once you put that aside and look out into the countryside, then it's OK. Breakfast could have been richer. The hotel is worth a visit and a stay."

"We were very happy to have a very good stay at Hotel Villa Angela, and we would like to thank the staff for the great kindness and attention of our staff every day. The room was spectacular: comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a delicious hydro and a balcony with a view of taking the mouth. We had the luck to see an Ethna eruption in a silent morning... a show of nature that we will never forget. The breakfast is very rich and well-thinked, with various Sicilian specialities, sweet and salty, and the cassette cake we eat on the first day was, without exaggeration, divine. We decided to dine in the hotel restaurant last night and it was an excellent choice: the dishes were very well prepared and harmonised with a light and delicious rosé wine. The hotel still offers an excellent transfer service to the historic center of Taormina, which allows us to quietly alternate walks with rest times at the hotel. Maximum note, with praise. We are already making plans to come back!"

"Hotel is not new But it’s in a very good location 5 min walk from main attractions, service is also good, enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with sea view. Stayed in room with sea view, spacious and bright. Only cleanliness should be improved "

"Outdated facilities, small rooms, poor sound insulation, the crowds in the streets have been talking about in the middle of the night, the music of the hotel restaurant awakened me in the morning. In the city center, close to the cathedral, the service is acceptable, the breakfast is rich, and the large terrace on the third floor is beautiful. In general, the price/performance ratio is in taormina in August. It is fine if I booked a hotel on the same day as I did. If it is a low season, there should be many better choices."

"Great experience! Everything was really good. We had a room with terass and a view of the sea. It was stunning. Room was very clean and sheets where changed daily, which was nice when you have two dogs that sneak into bed during the night. Location was great. A short distance walk to the town center with shops and restaurants. The parking service was great. They park the car for you and when you need it they will bring the car in front of the hotel within 15 minutes. It will cost you 20€/ night but it's hassle free. Staff is fantastic. We arrived around 6AM (much earlier than expected), and way too early for the normal check-in time. We were absolutely exhausted after a night of driving and our room wasn't ready. But the staff was kind enough to give us a room to sleep in, and at 11AM we could check-in to our booked room. Free of charge! Breakfast was also great and they do packed breakfast if you leave before breakfast time. The hotel doesn't do laundry, but there is a laundry place 800m away."
