The hotel was nice the staff was kind and the bed was comfy the place was clean room yeah the shower was nice tea coffee and sugar on the room kettle and tv was big

This is the perfect spot in Swansea. The staff are lovely, the rooms are quiet and clean, and it’s walking distance to the coach station. It’s on a street with lots of bars and restaurants and there are 4 supermarkets in walking distance. Highly Recommend.

酒店房間大，設施該有的都有，員工熱情，入住期間電梯經常維修，要走樓梯。旁邊有很多飯店餐飲，超市也不遠。遊艇碼頭走路距離。綜合來説，性價比很高。

The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future Rooms were spacious!👍🏻

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Have no complaints

The premier inn was very basic and not a lot of choice for an evening meal, the hotel was very understaffed on our first night, only 2 staff members looking after everything (including the cooking). We will defiantly NOT be staying here again this premier inn was definitely not of of the best premier inn’s we have stayed in over the years

I enjoyed the stay there. Staff was really helpful. My daughter was sick and vomited in the early hrs and this gentleman who was working there in the early hrs was really helpful and very empathetic and brought us fresh bedsheets and took the old bedsheet away. Offered us a drink and wanted to ensure our daughter was safe. I forgot his name (I think David) but I recall he was mixed race. I will be staying there again.

Excellent central location made everything easily walkable. The on-site restaurant served quality food with a particularly good breakfast spread. Staff were courteous and responsive throughout. Great value for the price point with all basic amenities covered. The adjacent street is packed with pubs that get quite lively (and noisy) on weekends. Perfect if you're looking to enjoy nightlife and live music, but something to consider. They don't have free parking but there is a reasonably priced parking lot opposite the road or a covered parking in the same building.

I arrived after a long day of work to the greeting of Clare , she is a credit to your company so welcoming and polite. She provided great information for me and helped me after a long day of work ! Thank you Clare , you make the premier inn a better place to stay !
