The best hotel in lucerne

本來覺得這酒店挺好的，好位置，好房間。走的時候發現居然因為停在酒店門口10米的地方吃了張罰單。説是用德語在某個地方樹了個牌子，説不能停那。我們是懂德語的，沒看到，接待我們的服務員看起來很熱情，但居然眼睜睜看着我們停車不告訴我們不可以。事後我寫信給官方email，居然言辭非常傲慢的回覆説，是我自己的責任，説他們官方語言是德語，我們沒看到是我們自己責任！豈有此理！

非常漂亮的湖景，雖然價格高，但是很值得。就是餐廳的價位太偏高，分量小的有點離譜，味道又很一般。

慕名而來，果然名不虛傳。景觀、房間設施絕對的頂流。儘管時值淡季，服務依然出色。樓下的米其林餐廳的菜式感覺沒有那麼精緻

스위스에서 제대로 휴가를 즐기려면 꼭 한번 가보세요!프라이빗한 호텔공간으로 사람들이 붐비지 않고 인피니티풀에서 바라보는 경치 역시 대단해요!게다가 루체른 호수에서 잠깐의 수영도 할 수 있어 남다른 느낌입니다. 직원들도 엄청 친절하고 시설 역시 최고급이니 비싸긴해도 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다!

Unfortunately very disappointing and not what it used to be…. Nice location, miserable service and welcoming. Always had it good in memory from past visits and my brother even had his marriage here… now I have not been for for years and it changed. Can’t recommend anymore at all.

Ich war mit meiner Mutter in Vitznau, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen, zu entspannen und neue Energie zu tanken – und was soll ich sagen: Es war wie ein Märchen! Schon bei der Ankunft in Vitznau spürt man, dass hier Erholung auf Entschleunigung trifft. Die Kulisse ist einfach atemberaubend. Das Hotel? Ein absoluter Traum – majestätisch, fast wie ein Schloss. Außen beeindruckend, innen herzlich. Der Empfang durch den freundlichen Concierge war überaus angenehm, das Check-in verlief reibungslos. Zum Auftakt genossen wir ein köstliches Mittagessen auf der wunderschönen Terrasse. Die Speisekarte bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl mit frischen, regionalen Zutaten. Das Servicepersonal war ausgesprochen aufmerksam und herzlich. Wer hier Ruhe, Genuss und Wohlbefinden sucht, wird definitiv fündig. Ich habe selten einen Ort erlebt, der mich so verzaubert hat. Der direkte Seezugang, der Infinity Pool mit Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee – einfach himmlisch. Ich bin noch ganz beseelt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Diesen Ort kann ich von Herzen weiterempfehlen – ein echtes Paradies!

A perfect stay, a must visit. The hostel has the most incredible views, the most helpful staff, and incredible food. The waterfront area has a floating dock with a slide, stand up paddle boards, and floating devices. There was always a seat available, all with great views! The spa ‘free’ facilities are wonderful (though don’t open till 3 pm on weekdays). The had a driver available to take you for free to either Weggis or Vitznau. Feels like Lake Como but better views.

This is literally the BEST hotel I have ever been to. We did not have AC until we arrived here and even then they said they use a certain system with water and stones to cool everything down. It was incredibly impressive. We were late on our arrival and the staff recommended that we order room service ahead and will have dinner set up in our room upon arrival. It was so lovely and thoughtful! The food here is insane and you just have to try everything you can. The views are breathtaking and the pool is just so relaxing. I can’t wait to come back here for our honeymoon.

My husband and I have just spent 5 days at this fantastic hotel. It was a treat for my 40th birthday. Everything was absolutely glorious (apart from the iffy weather). I was given a lovely cake and bottle of champagne in the room. We had a lake view balcony room and the views are stunning. All the staff are so lovely. We also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager who was a very pleasant gentleman. We had dinner at Focus which was out of this world. The Grill restaurant was also delicious for dinner and breakfast. We had a very relaxing couples massage. I swam in the lake a couple of times. It was so cold but so refreshing. We don’t have many opportunities at home to do this so I had to make the most of it while I was there. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Just book it! Thanks Park Hotel Vitznau. Amy & Craig 🥰

This might be the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at, out of hundreds worldwide. Everything was beautiful, service was impeccable. The view of the lake while walking into the lobby is just stunning. House car will take you to visit nearby sites, and it is a Maybach which felt ultra luxurious. If you like wine (or even if you don’t!) do the winer cellar tour - it is very impressive and well worth the cost.

Ein wunderbares Wohlfühlhotel der Superlative. Angekommen, begrüsst und von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute auf Händen getragen von einem motivierten, top geschulten Personal. Unaufdringlich, zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam zugleich. Manchmal sind es die kleinen Dinge, die besonders erfreuen, wie der stilvolle Blumenschmuck, der Willkommensgruss auf dem Zimmer, der Poolboy, der sich deinen Namen merkt, ein Lächeln, eine nette Unterhaltung. Wir kommen wieder! Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Hättenschwiler, aber auch an das ganze Team.
