入住方便，價格實惠，我們開的是麻將房，房間是複式樓，樓上兩個房間，樓下是客廳和麻將，環境也很好，衞生打掃的很乾凈，離地鐵口很近幾分鐘的路程出行很方便，馬路對面就是梅溪湖，景色很美，下次還會選擇這裏的

避雷即可，本次點評就因為是服務差，所以其他方面都選擇的極差。確如其他差評，稱之為長沙最囂張老闆娘。
可以取消房費不退，能給你氣死。停車費的規則問題自己小學算數差回覆不及時還很拽得****一樣，退房説好的五點前退按金，嚴重誠信準時方面有待改進。
酒店房間位置難找；不能協商退房；看房先交300按金；聯繫不及時；隔音差，外界馬路一晚上都有車輛行駛聲音，房間內洗手間聲音響徹整個屋子。

如果你在找長沙最囂張的老闆娘和最差的民宿那你找這家就對了 首先圖1是宣傳圖，234是真正的樣子，衞生差先不説，進門一股氣味沖頭，這鍋還有油，一股很大的油煙味，這個老闆娘更是奇葩裏的奇葩，後面換的房間床上也是一層沙子，先讓你交300按金，後面她就慢慢治你，我兩點入住的，她説提前入住需要給好評不然就交30，OK我就不吃這招，我就交給你30，這個差評我也要寫給你，你房間實物這個**，人還囂張的狠，不知道的還以為你***，最後190多住一個這種房間，威脅人好評截圖然後退房費，我偏不，在長沙住過最差的民宿。最後一張圖是後面換的房間裏洗臉池的黴菌，誰住誰冤種
