Last year, I stayed for two days, and the hotel also has a large terrace on the arcade floor. Both the transportation and location are incredibly convenient. It's right near Wuyi Square and IFS (International Finance Square), which makes it a superb hotel. I highly recommend staying here. On the 7th floor, there's also a free gym, a laundry room, and a large terrace, all of which are absolutely beautiful."

"One of the Best Hotel Stays I've Ever Had! I had an amazing stay and was truly impressed by the overall service. It exceeded my expectations and offered incredible value for money. A few highlights from my stay: 1. Exceptional butler service – The butler name正波 was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and caring. They even helped me return more than 10 parcels, which was far beyond what I expected. I really appreciated the extra effort. 2. Excellent laundry service – One of my favorite services during the stay. My clothes came back clean, fresh, and smelled amazing. 3. Innovative technology – I loved the smart room controls and the delivery robot that brought my requested toiletries right to my room. It made the whole experience feel modern and convenient. 4. Perfect location – The hotel is in a very strategic location. Most of the popular attractions are within a 1 km walk, yet the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, this is genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The quality of service, facilities, and location are well above its price point. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!"

"I really have to recommend this hotel if you're staying around Wuyi Square – it was such a comfortable experience! The location is fantastic, right in the city center. It's just a short walk to the pedestrian street and Pozi Street, making it super convenient to grab some Heytea. The room has a lovely minimalist, natural wood style and is spotlessly clean. Plus, it features a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, so you can enjoy the view right from your bed. The best part is the smart home system; you can control the lights and curtains just by voice command – a real lifesaver for lazy people like me! The bedding was so soft, and they even provided tea bags. Enjoying a cup of tea while looking at the night view was just perfect. For breakfast, they have freshly made rice noodles, and they even give you a small cookie when you check out. There's also a pool and a gym upstairs. The service was excellent too, making for a truly hassle-free stay. If you're visiting Changsha, you should definitely give this place a try!"

"Absolutely loved my stay in this hotel in Changsha, everything is perfect; the location is right at the most popular city center, the Wuyi square, lots of eateries in the locality, a walking square nearby, and the Xiangjiang river is within walking distance to the hotel. I loved everything about this hotel, and the price isn't high. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers heading to Changsha, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast is delicious as well. The only disappointment for me was no coffee but only instant ones, but I am not complaining as I liked everything else, the room was clean and neat too. The IFS mall which is a high end luxury mall is right at the opposite of the hotel, there are also lots of shopping centers around the hotel for souvenirs."

I asked the front desk to clean the room, but after being out all day, I returned to find it hadn't been touched. When I inquired, the explanation was always 'too busy' or 'too many check-outs,' just excuses without any real problem-solving. Also, I have to complain about the bed—it was too soft with a noticeable dip in the middle, leaving me with a sore back."
