"This is the second time i come here to this hotel , and it won’t be the last time, there may be other hotels with similar or better views, but the service of the girl in the reception is the reason why i will always choose the Siman luxury hotel, she is so friendly so helpful so kind so serviable so professional , makes me feel home , i live in changsha i don’t need a hotel to stay the night, but whenever i need to feel home i come to this hotel thanks to her she is one of the best receptionists that all the hotels need , that girl deserves the best , and i love this hotel as long as she’s here , but the hotel it’s self is beautiful calm and comfortable clean and everything is in the order as well ❤️"

"One of the Best Hotel Stays I've Ever Had! I had an amazing stay and was truly impressed by the overall service. It exceeded my expectations and offered incredible value for money. A few highlights from my stay: 1. Exceptional butler service – The butler name正波 was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and caring. They even helped me return more than 10 parcels, which was far beyond what I expected. I really appreciated the extra effort. 2. Excellent laundry service – One of my favorite services during the stay. My clothes came back clean, fresh, and smelled amazing. 3. Innovative technology – I loved the smart room controls and the delivery robot that brought my requested toiletries right to my room. It made the whole experience feel modern and convenient. 4. Perfect location – The hotel is in a very strategic location. Most of the popular attractions are within a 1 km walk, yet the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, this is genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The quality of service, facilities, and location are well above its price point. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!"

"The service was excellent and very attentive; this is a fantastic hotel with great value for money. I will definitely stay here again. Last year, I stayed for two days, and the hotel also has a large terrace on the arcade floor. Both the transportation and location are incredibly convenient. It's right near Wuyi Square and IFS (International Finance Square), which makes it a superb hotel. I highly recommend staying here. On the 7th floor, there's also a free gym, a laundry room, and a large terrace, all of which are absolutely beautiful."

"I always trust the InterContinental brand, and this time I chose their star room type, the Executive Deluxe Balcony Room. The river view was superb, and having direct access to the Beichenhui Shopping Mall right next to the breakfast restaurant was incredibly convenient. The front desk and concierge team were consistently warm and professional. Serein was quick to respond to my needs, provided detailed information about the lounge's operating hours, and arranged amenities for my children. The entire check-in process was very smooth. The deposit was also refunded promptly! Judy was also very helpful, carefully asking about my stay experience, and check-out was efficient."

"First, the good points: The staff's service attitude was excellent, pretty much accommodating every request. The breakfast was quite varied, and they didn't charge extra for my two children. Instead of welcome fruit, we received small fans, which helped prevent squabbles among the kids, as each got one (a friendly heads-up: the fans had splinters; one got stuck in my child's skin and had to be pulled out, so I'd suggest checking these small gifts more carefully)… Now for the issues: The location isn't great, about a 10-15 minute walk from the subway station. The hotel's facilities are quite average, even after I got an upgrade to what was supposedly their best double room – it was just okay. My friend's child unfortunately had an allergic reaction (possibly from dust mites) to the bedding, but the hotel handled it very well, at least they took it seriously and resolved it, so I won't post pictures. The elevator shook quite a bit, leading to it being out of service the next day before checkout, and we almost missed our train. Overall, the service made up for the subpar facilities, but honestly, it's better to stay near Wuyi Square. This location is far from everything."
