Hotel is good value for money. Well designed in modern pop art theme, in very cheerful candy colours. Room has everything you need, including slippers and hair dryer. Only downside is smoking is permitted in the rooms and the smell could linger for a while if the previous room guests smoked. The breakfast is decent but not fantastic.

What a wonderful experience. This chain has a unique way of making u feel just at home with hotel quality service and support. I've stayed at both branches in Changsha and they're consistently excellent. On too of that, my phone broke down and the manager there went out of his way to help me contact a friend in another city to help me resolve the situation and itinerary. They took above and beyond to another level and I'm greatful for the calibre of staff and service. Location is perfect, as are the amenities for those wanting to stay within the wuyi area but not right in the thick of things

Very very good hotel all staffs have very good service mind they helped a lot once you need help from them. Room very good large and nice all facilities ok , location good it near Yuanjialing metro station and railway station also opposite has big mall that you can shopping or find restaurants. Breakfast is nice it’s western style not Chinese food but it less for me 😂
Overall ok recommend stay here if you find accommodation to stay in Changsha. 👍

Comfortable stay! Staff were welcoming and eager to assist. Breakfast was western style, the hotel was able to refund for the 2nd breakfast as it was the same menu and we changed to an earlier timing for our train. There are 2 massage chairs available for hotel guests. Lawson convenience store is just right besides (able to access from hotel). Take exit 2 from Yuan Jia Ling metro to reach the hotel.

To be honest, it’s one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in China. Very clean and good. However there’s a 200 YUAN deposit which was not disclosed by my
Agent, but its fine.
They allowed me to deposit my luggage. The staff cant speak english well but they used translation to communicate (effort is +++++)
Room is clean but smells like someone smoked 5 packs of cigarette but its fine its bearable. Very near the Metro too and the Hotel where the airport bus stops and pick up passengers (Hunan Civil Aviation Hotel).

It is a very nice hotel. The hotel room was clean and the hotel comes with various amenities that you can use. The receptionist are 24/7 and they will help you with any requests or concerns you have. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the subway station and also very close to the Railway stations and Wuyi Square. The place is definitely very good for its price and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes.

Excellent hôtel, best soundproofing I experienced so far in china (asked for quiet room away from main street). Laundry room is great, haven't checked out other amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
