Second time staying at Ramada chain hotel and the service and facilities standards have been consistently good. Finally a hotel that does it right and have a dining table in the room!! We totally maximised the use of it and had supper and mid-day snack in the room. BONUS POINT! Breakfast buffer spread was delicious too. Good mix of local breakfast like noodles, porridge and stir fry vege, as well as cereal and salad stations. Special shoutout to this lovely staff we met during our stay, Sherry Yao (hopefully i remembered her name correctly). We crossed path a couple of times during our stay (at the lobby, in the lift and breakfast hall), and she always greet us with a warm smell and pick up a small conversation. Lovely 2 nights stay and can't wait to come back again!

The service provided by the staff was beyond expectations and we have only praise for them. What disappointed us was the interior settings of the room: the shower room is wide open to the front door and there's no support at all in the shower room. The sockets for the hot water pot are located next to the closet and washing basin.and not in the dining area.

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time.
As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up.
When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

Rooms are nice and spacious. Service is also very good. Location is ok and relatively near MRT station but will need to use the underpass to reach the MRT station which is not so convenient for elderly due to the stairs and long walk.
