Fairfield by Marriott in Changshu exceeded my expectations. The room service was impeccable, and the breakfast offerings were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel as it’s near to Railway station and bus stand.

This hotel has a good location. There is a large AEON supermarket in front of it. Alice at the front desk is very considerate. The breakfast is complete and the bed is very comfortable.

I came to Changshu for a business trip and stayed at Fairfield by Marriott for the first time. Overall, I was very satisfied. The location is convenient and parking is free. A short trip during the May Day holiday.
Breakfast buffet: The breakfast coupons I bought were very average. There wasn't much to eat. Not cost-effective.
Hotel facilities were very average, not as good as the all-seasons at the same price. The TV couldn't project the screen. There were only a few channels and only a few channels from CCTV could be played. The bath water temperature was very unstable. It was hot and cold.
It was 30 degrees. The air conditioner in the room couldn't be used. The air conditioner host was not turned on. It didn't even blow air.
It made it too noisy to sleep with the window open. It was too stuffy with the window closed.
The hotel's sound insulation was too poor. All the sounds in the corridor were fed back into the room at 6 o'clock in the morning.
