"This is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best."

"Staff were very friendly and quick to get everything ready for check-in and checkout. Hallways to get to our room was a bit confusing, especially on the second floor lol. First night getting in our room, the office desk was dirty though which was a bit gross. Free breakfast and parking really saved us money which I was very thankful for. Overall, I had a decent stay at our hotel. My sibling enjoyed the walking distance for their event."

"Perfect location and value for money! Just in the heart of Granville Toronto Downtown and few steps away from line train stations. Huge selection of food chains everywhere. Very accommodating staff and will consider booking again here!"

"My daughter loved our room and pool, we stayed overnight. Pleasant hotel staffs. And thank you very much for granting my request for giving us an amazing view by the river. Highly recommended. All the best, Arcy"

"Very very pleasant stay. We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip - location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas - staff was all around very friendly - high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc). - beds were extremely comfortable - breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals - gym is small but all you need is there"
