WiFi is not working as expected and they keep WiFi for show purpose.

Overall stay was 8 out of 10. Good staffs, good service, affordable price, accessible location and can get everything in fingertips. They do allow outside food although they have their own food service. If i talk about cons. room was very small. Also the room light was shutting ON/OFF automatically after every 5 ~10 minutes.

Nice and small hotel. It is located in porur and has all the necessary amenities. I recommend this hotel for short stays.

Filthy bed & bathroom - do not book this place. Filthy mattress & sheets. They didn't even bother to clean the room and change the sheets/pillow cases. Everything smelled really bad with lots of stains. I had to ask them to change the sheets. When they changed the sheets, I saw the mattress is filthy & with lot of stains as well. Bathroom was equally filthy - with cockroaches and leaky taps. Lot of red paint over the mirror in the bathroom. Service guys struggled to turn on the AC after which it did turn on but I could not change the temperature at all. Also, no hot water at all. It was just cold water. They also don't even bother to give you basic soap/lotion/nothing at all. Cannot understand how these guys manage to charge more than Rs.2200/night and still offer such a filthy room.

The size of the room was about 70 sqft. Which is not good enough. Needed immediate repairs to the bed as it is damaged by the insect. Other all facilities are good enough. Washroom was clean enough.

The overall experience & the behaviour of the staff is good. Beds and mattresses need to be changed for better comfort

Very beautiful hotel, had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable, staff was very helpful. Staff helped us get through the check in and check out process very smoothly.

The location is in residential area, and the ac condition is also very poor and the room allocated to me, tv was also not working. The dining area is too hot as it is open overall it is average and highly priced

The place was neat and clean. Good place for relaxation. Would prefer for relaxing and taking good sleep.

It was a nightmare to live here in heat of april, i had to change my hotel form grand residence porur to this hotel, i wanted a stay only for 10 hours. But those 10 hours gave me worst experience of hotel stay in my life. Nobody in management showed any support throughout the time, even though they knew english they keep speaking in tamil that i didn’t understand. They charged 1500 for 1 adult deluxe room with worst service. I was staying in grand residence for 2000 per night 2 adults ac rooms, breakfast included. Experience in grand residence was way more good than this even at around same price. I don’t know why this is called as hotel. It should be called as a college hostel. This hotel is a bit inside into the lanes form road and not safe for women if they are walking. One stranger chased my female friend who was coming to the hotel, she was scared and was not able to find location already. No hotel management asked about situation or given us comfort. You will feel un welcomed. Never stay at this hotel.

As per the price and 3 star ratings the rooms were clean and cozy. There were wifi issues when i stayed. Staff is very generous and helping. They know hindi english as well apart from tamil. The location is a bit inside 500 meter from main road but google maps will take you ta-here easily.
