新西蘭三家瑰麗酒店中Rosewood Matakauri位置最便利，位於熱門的皇后鎮，從皇后鎮鎮中心往格林諾奇方向7公里左右即到。Matakauri 瑰麗素有高山湖畔度假勝地的美譽，面朝湖泊，寧靜雅緻，四周環繞着皇后鎮的三大名峯，私密性極好。酒店軟硬件皆佳，所有客服熱情友善，客房還被升級為湖景套房。晚餐點餐形式，廚藝出品佳，如果早餐能和晚餐一樣出色，則更加完美。在這裏的美好體驗，讓我對接下來的另外兩家瑰麗充滿期待。特別感謝點贊定單預訂出現一點小狀況時攜程管家梓朋的專業協助。

可能擁有了皇后鎮最好的酒店景觀了，非常漂亮，安靜，餐廳的無蛋奶甜品也做的很好吃。是這次新西蘭之行住的最好的酒店了

不用多説，皇后鎮首選

度蜜月在皇后鎮最後的落腳地連住了三天感覺整個人都休息好了，拉開窗簾就是美景，在這體驗到了前所未有的服務，吃飯的時候隨便和管家提了一嘴摔了跤要去醫院經理下午就打電話來問需要什麼幫助。就是三天晚飯的晚餐菜單沒咋換過，如果每天能改一下直接給個tasting menu就更好了。第二天晚上驚喜發現餐廳的服務員小哥是中西混血。

瑰麗的品質，就是貴了點，其它沒毛病

Now you could say the Post Ranch Inn is the like Matakauri of the northern hemisphere or wise versa. What they have in common is a location close to heaven, exceptional service and hospitality as great food. We also love our family villa which had everything we dreamed of (and our little ones are demanding ).

Smaller than the other Rosewood lodges but perfectly positioned to showcase the natural beauty of Lake Wakatipu. Davide provided an excellent welcome and made arrangements. Much appreciated. Dining here is wonderful. We booked a helicopter adventure with Cody as our pilot - saw mountain peaks, distant shores, and landed on Glacier Saddle. The helicopter also took us to Milford Sound, which was breathtaking.
 The hotel arranged a trip on a classic steam ship as well. Though more compact than its sister properties, Matakauri delivered experiences that were just as memorable.

A magical place in beautiful setting with unbelievable views. Lovely, charming staff and managers made everything easy and enjoyable. Excellent food with multiple choices and a tasting menu with wine pairings that was perfect each night, a great surprise given the small size of the lodge. Definitely one of my most memorable stays! Worthy of the cost.

Honestly this is an amazing hotel, and we definitely recommend. It is a bit pricey but if you are looking for a relaxed break, this is definitely the hotel you want to go to. All other hotels are more convenient for doing activities as you are closer to town, though this is an amazing hotel to just take a break, or for holiday home if you have a big family. The staff here are honestly so helpful and treat you like family, they all take care of you to your personalised likings. This is also the cleanest hotel i’ve ever stayed in, along with breathtaking views right near the lake. Food is amazing too, along with helpful amenities such as the gym and sauna. There is also quite a lot to do here , you can go to the jetty where you see breathtaking views along with a hike around this area, you can go to the library, go to the gym, and much more. I would also like to say that the massages at this place are honestly amazing and definitely recommend getting it if you are staying at Matakauri. Otherwise, this is an amazing hotel, it is a bit pricey but compared to all other hotels in queenstown this is the best one and there is no doubt about that. Here at Rosewood Matakauri you defined get what you paid for, along with kindness from the staff, always checking up on you! Definitely recommend and once again thank you so much to the staff for being so helpful with everything and making our stay at Rosewood Matakauri and very memorable experience! A very special property in a spectacular location, the Rosewood is private and serene. Except if there's construction going on. We were told the pool and spa area would be closed during our stay, which was fine, but unfortunately we weren't told that the construction noise from said renovations would be audible from our room. After we checked in on the first day of our honeymoon, the noise was so loud in the afternoon that I couldn't quite believe what was happening. We tried to take a relaxing afternoon nap but couldn't due to the loud noises of heavy machinery just metres from our room. I considered cancelling our reservation and going straight to Blanket Bay, but we decided to stick it out - we'd planned lots of local outings and figured we'd be away from our room most days while the construction was going on. Luckily we weren't planning on spending four days holed up in our magnificent suite!! Our suite - a Grand Lakeview - was breathtaking. The view was magnificent, the decor stylish and on point, the bathroom serene, the walk in closet big enough for all our belongings. During the early mornings and evenings everything was perfect. A waitress asked us how our stay was going on our first night, and I mentioned how much construction noise we could hear from our room. She was sympathetic and said it should be quieter towards the end of the week. That was all anyone said - no compensation, no special offer to make up for the poor experience. We had couples massages in our suite the next morning, and even the massage staff commented on the noise. The food was excellent. The service was excellent - staff seemed eager to please, attentive, timely, helpful, someone always appeared just as we were leaving for an activity or arriving back after on outing - but maybe lacking a little personality; it felt a bit corporate. If it weren't for the construction noise - and lack of acknowledgement/compensation - this would be a five star review.
