Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Schickes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Über Fahrstuhl und Treppen gelangt man zu einen der 3 Pools mit kleinem Strand (schwarz/Steine). Badeschuhe werden empfohlen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Great breakfast and rooms. Service a bit poor and hotel is a bit overpriced. Especially we were disappointed with prices for food and drinks in the bar and the pool restaurant

Poca atención y cordialidad para modificar una reserva, a pesar de contar con la disponibilidad de una cama para la fecha solicitada, cero capacidad resolutiva con el cliente, decepcionada de la atención del hotel y de la App por no tener en cuenta la fidelidad por ser cliente usual, solo les interesa el dinero y nada de empatía con la clientela.
