Stayed for one day, good place to sleep and keep the bags.

The hotels location is excellent, short walk to the train Station and Tivoli Gardens. The main reception area is large and clean enough, the communal toilets aren’t as good. Breakfast was fine and breakfast staff friendly. Checking in- I didn’t find the receptionist friendly, a very silent check in with no information given. I found myself asking many questions. Also, rooms are not cleaned everyday. This we did not find a problem, however, on day 2 the bin was full so I asked if it could be emptied. I didn’t require a full cleaning service (which you have to book) just the bin to be emptied and I was told it would be automatically done on day 3 or I have to book it, so when I asked to book it for the same day I was told that was not possible and I could always empty the bin myself. Having paid for a hotel stay and the bins being extremely small, I thought this small request could have been fulfilled. I explained I didn’t need towels/a full service merely the bin to be changed. Hey ho. For the price, location and if you don’t mind wet rooms and small living space it’s perfectly adequate

I appreciate how clean and pleasing the hotel was. The customer service was great and was affordable overall.

中央駅まで20分くらいの立地場所でホテルも内部も綺麗なのはとてもよかったのですが、部屋がとても暗いです。間接照明程度しかありませんでした。 日中や晴れの時はかなり日差しが入って明るいのですがそれ以外はどんよりしていて準備しづらかったです。 また壁が薄く外の声やドアの開け閉めの時の音もかなり聞こえます。ドライヤーもありませんのでご利用検討される場合はご注意ください。

房間小的衹能睡個覺了，吹風機什麼的也沒有！

The place is nice for the price, but at night we could not really sleep because there were some construction going on at time of our visit.  You can actually hear people from another room, but if you're focusing to visit the CPH on a budget, this place is a good choice. 

就是青旅 離市中心有點小距離 附近有個商場 什麼都有挺驚訝的 房間很乾淨 但不提供水和拖鞋 入住期間不會有人清潔 隔音一般 會聽到別的房間開關門聲音 可能我靠近電梯 也會聽見機器運作的聲音 早餐就很普通 算不上好吃

- Otel konum olarak merkezi bir lokasyonda, merkez tren istasyonuna yaklaşık 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde. - Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Resepsiyondaki görevli erken gitmemize rağmen odamız hazır olduğu için check in yaptı. -Odalar konsept gereği çok küçük fakat çok kullanışlı. - Otelde toplamda 4 gün kaldık ve 2. günün sonunda temizlik kartını kapıya asmamıza rağmen görevliler odayı temizlememiş. Ayrıca otelin önünde her yerde sigara izmariti ve boş şişeler vardı. Otel görevlilerini uyarmama rağmen 1 gün boyunca kimse temizlemedi. Otel yetkililerin hem oda hem de otel çevresi temizliğine daha fazla özen göstermeleri gerekiyor.

Great budget alternative with a excellent location and reasonable amenities. Breakfast is nice for the price. Rooms are clean and functional, but very small. Bicycle rental is offered if you want to explore the city

Everything was great, except for one specific incident involving one specific staff member. During the check-in process, the reception staff rudely told me that I should have informed them if I couldn't make it to check in on my originally booked day, as there might not be a room available for me. I was shocked because the room had been booked and paid for entirely by the company. So, in what world could he say that I might not get a room simply for checking in a few hours late without informing them, especially since the room was already paid for? He didn't even smile or act friendly while speaking to me, which made me feel awkward and uncomfortable throughout the process. When I tried to explain my situation, he interrupted me and just handed me the room card. I felt unwelcome, and being Asian, I couldn't help but wonder if that was the reason. Hopefully, this kind of RACIST behavior will be eliminated among the hotel staff soon! I'm not staying for free or begging for anyone's money here! The rest of the hotel staff were friendly and remarkable, though.

Very clean and have nice location. suitable for travelling alone.
