Premier Inn Crewe Central

Amazing stay staff were all very polite and friendly. Tracey who was on reception was very helpful and made booking in a pleasure as I’d requested an early check in and this was all sorted for my arrival. Also, as I was going to a wedding Tracey helped me organise a taxi which was very helpful to me.

Amazing stay! Staff were extremely friendly and had the time to stand and chat/laugh. They joked that there wasn’t much to do in Crewe but they did give some recommendations on places to go. We had food which was amazing for ‘pub grub’. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed a little help. We have stayed here a few times now and it’s constantly great considering all the changes the staff have had to deal with. They are all a credit to Premier Inn.

Hotel location is just off a main road and near the postal depot but it is fairly central to Crewe centre not walkable but an uber ride away not far from a mini retail centre with fast food options. The rooms are updated, beds and duvets comfortable. Room good. Brewers fayre restaurant next door for food and drink. Crewe town is not the place to go to tbh we were there for a theatre show and it’s not a town I’d visit again. We struggled to find a decent pub or place to eat. If you have to stay this hotel is fine for a budget night there. Free parking with security cameras

I had a really great experience staying here! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the parking was convenient, the WiFi options were very useful. The room was quiet and had everything I needed - plenty of plug sockets for charging phones, really comfy beds with extra pillows provided if needed, hanging space for my suit, lovely bath/shower, hairdryer with a light up mirror, blackout curtains, controllable heating, and a cute little coffee station. The staff were really friendly and were able to help with everything I needed. Overall a very good experience and very good value for money! Next time I stay in the area I will be sure to stay in this premiere inn again!

Lovely homely hotel. The receptionist Tracey was amazing and went out of her way to help us. All the staff were brilliant. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and the food was exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great welcome on arrival by kerry I was a little early and asked if it was to early to check in and she said no it is fine very chatty went to room was great and warm went down to ask if pub was open and was told not till 5pm so went and chilled out when down at 5pm to be told no food till 6pm so not to happy as was going to a party at 6.30pm when I got back to hotel at midnight found that light was coming into the room so curtains were to small for window so not a good night sleep next morning went for shower and found shower head was dirty and also curtain was mouldy a bottom did tell housekeeping on check out went for breakfast and was served by kerry again explained everything to me and was plated service all good
