I didn’t see the 4 star standards , toilet stuffs was not new, that’s why it was not giving you seems clean. People were nice and friendly.

Water heater and aircon got problem, finally they change the room to us

Everything about the stay here was perfect from start to finish. The hospitality of the staff at this resort is unmatched. They will go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay

Absolutely awful stay. Room given to us initially was not one that we had booked. It was covered in mould, broken glass on the window and holes in the ceiling. Would not recommend.

The service was really good. The staff took great care of us and welcomed us with all hearts. The food although for vegetarian does slightly require more options, but whatever served was tasty! Must visit with family as well friends and couples

Nous avons séjourné au Sigiriya Kingdom Resort en formule all inclusive, et tout était absolument parfait. Le cadre est reposant, bien situé pour visiter le temple, mais ce qui rend l’endroit vraiment spécial, c’est le personnel : aux petits soins du début à la fin, toujours souriant, chaleureux et attentionné. On se sent vraiment chouchoutés ! Les repas étaient excellents : variés, savoureux, bien présentés… On s’est régalés à chaque fois. Mention spéciale pour les plats locaux que nous avons adorés. La chambre était confortable et propre, et l’ambiance générale très paisible. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs ! À recommander les yeux fermés.

Had a wonderful stay at Sigiriya Kingdom Resort! Beautiful location, very friendly staff, and peaceful surroundings. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. Perfect spot to relax and explore Sigiriya Rock. Highly recommend! Looking forward to visit agin Sigiriya Kingdom Kavindu Wijewardena

It was a great experience, good atmosphere and good ambiance. peacocks in the night are very pleasant sound to groove to. Had a poolside room very good. Food is amazing, very fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend place when you visit Srilanka. people here are very nice

Very courteous staffs, good place with greenery around, nice spacious room, neatly maintained swimming pool. Saw many peacocks around. The breakfast and dinner was part of our stay and was good too. Overall a pleasant experience. Though it was not required for us, if accompanied with aged people, I didn't notice elevator to get to the rooms.

Sigiriya Kingdom hotel, overall amenities are better for relaxing stay. The staff's were very helpful and contributes to the warm hospitality with guests. Resort cleanliness good and surrounding environment was very calm and quiet. Room views nice, but soe maintenance to be done. However overall quality us good.Meals were good but varieties may improve for dinner.
