Staff r friendly n helpful. The mean is nice but bit expensive. The room is clean. There are several staff n all the women r friendly n helpful.

From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a home away from home. The food was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and peace. Every detail, big or small, was taken care of with such care and professionalism. Truly an unforgettable experience — I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and genuine hospitality.

We had a very pleasant stay with beautiful views of Queens of Mountain. Food and service was excellent. Staffs were very polite and onternational standard of behaviour and Hygene.. Awsome experience...the views from room.. ambience...behaviour of all the staff members are tremendous...from reception to spa facility...room service...everyone is very kind and helpfull...resturant staffs..Rojay Anuka Vijoy Pawan Edwin....last but not the least...the food...all cuisines were superbly delicious...they take care of each n every small things which is generally ignored in other hotels...everthing top notch...just loved it thoroughly....Recommended for all to visit and experience the luxury once.🥰🥰🥰🥰

Amazing experience. This is my second booking. Staff behave is really appreciative. View from the room is amazing. Food test can be improve. Suggestion- most of the tourists are Bengali so please hire a Bengali shef

We Stayed there with my cousin's for four nights the experience was absolutely amazing, rooms were clean the service was excellent and the location was perfect for us . My special thanks to ROJAY CHHETRI (restaurant captain ) who took care of all our food needs specially on the day of our departure ,he made sure we leave only after having our proper breakfast by coming before time to duty only for us . Secondly I am thankful to Mr KABINDRA GURUNG (unit manager ) for you hospitality and arranging our transportation so both me and my family could have a wonderful stay Thirdly the two trainee's who welcomed us with their big smile . We had a very comfortable stay at Summit Hermon! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had an amazing view of the mountains. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, and the service was prompt and always with a smile. We felt relaxed and at home throughout our stay.

I loved how clean and cozy the room was! The bed was super comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The staff was polite and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Convenient hotel in Darjeeling Okay hotel, rooms are quite spacious, some with good views of the mountains in the distance. Quite close to the centre of Darjeeling on a busy road (to be fair all roads are busy there). The room we were in was a bit damp, this side of the hotel doesn't get sunlight at this time of year (December) so in this season it remains quite humid and therefore cold (there are enough blankets that you can sleep comfortably though) throughout the night and the day. Staff was nice but also sometimes too present, we got multiple calls in the room in the evenings to tell us that dinner was ready at the restaurant, even though we hadn't booked the restaurant or mentioned any plans to have dinner there.
