Ss1561126Checked in for the graduation ceremony, very close to Emory University, next to the Emory apartment, very convenient. The decoration of the room is relatively new, the surrounding environment is also good, very quiet at night. Restaurant meals are also cost-effective

MMalaika Ball PaigeThis hotel was very clean because it is a new hotel. The amenities were nice. Beautiful picture on tv and a lot of space to store your clothing. However, check in was terrible. The man at the desk was frustrated with checking us in. In the middle of checking my dad and I into our separate rooms, he decided to check in three other people. My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

灰灰灰灰的小管家The hotel is super new, fully equipped and cost-effective, located at the junction of 285 and 400. Parking is $14 per day. There is also a small garden behind, and the basic scenery of each room is good. This is the right price. There are a lot of breakfasts, although they are not eaten, but they should be good. You can book them in the room the next day. Not taking pictures but definitely better than the surrounding

DDEFINERDGreat staff and rooms. Was allowed to check in early without any additional charges. You do have to put down an additional deposit which I didn't see at check in online. But other than that this hotel has everything I needed including a microwave, stove top and a full size refrigerator in the room. I'd recommend anyone going to or towards Sandy springs to stop and checking on your travels.

DDiamondMy experience at Hilton was amazing sweet respectful employees helped me with anything I need very polite and made sure I was satisfied with my room … asked me if I needed anything everytime they seen me . My room was very very clean and had everything I needed n there I would recommend this hotel anytime any day free hot breakfast every morning hard working cooks keeps the guest happy satisfied and full … the worker that works at the front booking people in she’s beautiful and very very nice she makes sure you got everything u need before you go to your room … anybody that walks through that door she speaks and offer water or snack … she very good at her job

GGuest UserIt has a nice environment in an elegant jungle, but it's a pity that it's next to the highway and a bit noisy. The waiter's attitude is good, but the efficiency is too slow. Maybe we are asking too much.

The only thing I didn’t like was check in time was at 4 o’clock, but it was conveniently located for Stone Mountain and we got an Van service from the Hotel to take us to the laser light show which saved us a lot of time in travel And Eddie was our driver and he was amazing

GGuest UserDon’t let pictures of the outside fool you! After reading many reviews I took a chance on this place and I’m glad I did! The outside is nothing special but the inside is top tier. The lobby is nice, and the room was excellent! Everything was clean. The shower was updated to a walk in glass shower that looked brand new. The water was hot. There was a refrigerator and when I called the front desk about a microwave they brought one to my room, no problem! The A/C worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Again, clean! Never saw a bug or anything you may be worried about staying in a lower end hotel. The only thing I’d say be prepared for is they require a $100 deposit. I wasn’t aware of that until check in. But you’ll get it back within a few days of checking out.
If you need an affordable, & clean place to stay. This is it.
Oh, and there’s a package store within walking distance for those of us who like an adult beverage to end our day. ;)

GGuest UserThe room and location is perfect . However the customer service could use improvement . Check out is 11 am they start knocking and calling the room phone at 8/9 in the morning. Border line harassment. This morning at 9:55 they started knocking banging on door and check out wasent for another hour I was nude as I was waking up the housekeeper tried to enter the room. Then at 11:02 we was bothered again .
