رد من مكان الإقامة: Thanks for your review. For your information, all our amenities was clearly mention in amenities section. The customer can read it and made decision. For bedside lamp, our room lamp equipped with smart lamp which has 3 modes which customer can choose how dim the light needed.

None of them are paid to leave a review.For your information, we had provide the full check-in instructions — including the key location(the instruction also at the room’s door)If the instructions were followed as provided, there would have been no issue in collecting the key.We always strive to give clear guidance to all our guests, but we also rely on guests to read and follow the instructions properly.We hope this will serve as a reminder to prevent similar issues in the future. We didn’t deserve to get this bad rating because the fault is not coming from us.Thank you.
