"The room was not as big as the one imagined, but the room was clean and there were some. The location of the hotel is the most satisfying, not far from where it is, and it is not expensive to take a taxi in Denver. Very close to the 16th Street, I personally feel that shopping there is more convenient than in Cherry Creek. Compared with other hotels in the same price, I feel very good and cost-effective."

"Because I have to visit customers, I live here. There are not many places to eat around. Mainly we arrived late that night, so we called Uber takeaway. The hotel is very bright, the room is clean and very quiet. Will choose next time. The breakfast was very good, there were not many choices, the food was very fresh. It is the city of Denver that is so boring, visiting an art museum, nothing special."

"I like the big room, the big bed is very comfortable, and the location is good. The air conditioner in the room is not cold enough, and the shower head cannot be taken down, which is not easy for women. The front desk is very thoughtful."

"Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big!

GGuest UserNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

BBrandi from TexasWe waited at the airport for a couple hours before getting a Lyft because the hotel shuttle is not marked Ramada. We called the bottle multiple times- no answer. Called the corporate office only to receive assistance the 3rd time that the shuttle we had seen 2-3 times was for Ramada. I think it said Western something, black van.
We in flights all day and finally got to the hotel. No one was at the front desk. A young lady comes from the back once we walked in. She said they had been busy all day when I inquired about no one answering the phone. I didn’t believe it. We got to the room… There was hair and other things (unknown) when the blanket was pulled back on one of the beds. Asked for new bedding, didn’t receive everything. Only sheets, no blanket and I didn’t feel like dealing with her again. The room was clean and breakfast was good- service was lacking and as well as cleanliness.

Of the COVID-19 virus. Our room was not like others Hampton we hqve been for a 3 start hotel. It looked like more a 2 start hotel. But our room was good for the price we paid. We found a deal on trip.com under $80.

GGuest UserThe transportation is convenient. You can take the Free Mall Ride or other buses nearby to Union Station and then take it to the airport.
There are free drinks in the lobby and many breakfast options.
The bed in the room I stayed in was relatively soft and the air conditioner was a bit loud.
I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but the front desk said it was not available.
It is worth mentioning that when traveling in Denver, don’t miss NBA games (the hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the Ball Arena. Do not bring handbags larger than 4 inches x 6 inches x 1.5 inches. Backpacks are not allowed). You must also visit Red Rock and Amphitheater.

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

杜杜It is very close to Union Station and 16th Street. There is a free bus to and from the State Capitol and the station on 16th Street. There is a light rail to the airport for $ 10.5 at Union Station. It is very convenient to buy a self-service machine.

GGuest UserExcellent location close enough to the Convention Center to walk over for our show/event. Close enough to walk to plenty of restaurant options from Taco Bell and Chipotle to Maggiano's, Hard Rock Cafe, excellent Thai food, etc. We did not have to use or move our vehicle during the entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. The big and only issue which we had was no hot water in the room for the first two days of our stay and that hot shower is vital! We were complimented breakfast and a beverage for one day, so this helped to make up for the lack of hot water in the hotel for those two days. The breakfast was excellent and the only hot meal we were able to have in the 3 mornings we were in Denver, but would have been economically out of our reach if not complimentary.

GGuest UserGreat location to DIA. Least expensive for the least amount of time spent in hotel. Basically just there to take early morning flight. Workout room seemed a little neglected but for the most part good. Something wrong with the treadmill while running onto it. Coffee could be better. Staff was helpful. Cards to room didn’t work several times but they said I kept erasing the strip somehow. Helped me get my steps for the day going back and forth. Haha. All and all a good hotel for the need!
