فندق قياسي مع وسائل راحة مرضية... سعيد بالإقامة فيه

كان كل شيء يسير على ما يرام حتى وصل باقي أفراد عائلتي في وقت متأخر من يوم 16، حوالي الساعة 11:45 مساءً. عاملهم موظف الاستقبال بوقاحة شديدة وتجاهل طلبهم بأخذ متعلقاتهم إلى الغرفة. حتى أنه سخر منهم. ولم أعلم بهذا إلا في اليوم التالي عندما أخبرتني عائلتي بذلك. لقد رفعت على الفور شكوى ضد موظف الاستقبال. لا أرغب في الإقامة في فندق لا يُعامل فيه الضيوف بلطف.

تحتوي الغرفة على مطبخ وغرفة معيشة، مناسبة للسفر العائلي. يوجد عدد قليل من محلات السوبر ماركت والمطاعم حولها

حاب اشكر الموظفه قمر من حسن الاستقبال فعلا جعلت الاقامه مريحه من ارقى الموظفات

كان لطيفا.

خدمة جيدة جدًا بشكل عام، فريق عمل جميل، فقط تم قطع الأشجار بالخارج وكانت مزعجة إلى حد ما

خدمة سيئة! ! ! ولا سيما خدمة مكتب الاستقبال، سيئة، سيئة، سيئة

Our third stay at this beautiful property, what i love about it is the atmosphere and staff very accommodating and kind, housekeeping guys are really great service very fast cleaning super fast and efficient. The suits are very spacious and great for family. Big or small locations are great. Lots of malls and shops are around 8 minutes drivefrom souq waqif as well Two lovely ladies at reception who took care of us throughout Stay they are warm and welcoming Rhia and Kwatar At the poolside, Dominic and Madina We had very delicious breakfast every day at the LaCasa restaurant everything very fresh from fruits and eggs we had eggs benedict and very hot spicy omelette, two gentleman there who are just the absolute best Taha is just wonderful with every guest there even though mostly in the bar but checks on everyone make sure they are okay. Trabelsi is one of the best checks always on guest satisfaction. Make sure orders arrive him and Taha just the best, in addition their team Talal super sweet, Din who take care of us every morning shes one of the best staff there love her, Raisa with her beautiful smile

We stayed at this beautiful property for staycation, each day we went to LaCasa for breakfast they have some really great options the Chef that brings cut fruit is always so friendly. One of the most amazing person you will meet there is Raisa she so kind, warm and welcoming with a gorgeous smile, Mark as well at the bar makes good coffee. Also Mr. Trabelsi is really terrific and take care of all the guest and makes sure they all have been treated nice and checks all tables to assist the guest with they're needs wow yes indeed he's a manager. No one is as fantastic as Taha has a super unique gift of making people happy his all in one package that every outlet needs he always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is on point can't wait to see him at a managerial position soon.

Was an amazing experience, from excellent service at check in , to big clean rooms with all amenities, and highlight was breakfast. A big thank you to Kaotar , Yousef and Qamar for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable 😉 The kids play area was so pleasant for my family.

Unsere Buchung wurde ohne jeglichen Grund storniert, obwohl wir eine Familie mit fünf Personen sind. Trotz aller unserer Versuche, die Buchung wiederherzustellen oder eine Rückerstattung für den gezahlten Betrag zu erhalten, blieben wir erfolglos. Der Grund dafür ist, dass wir unsere Reservierung vor fünf Monaten vorgenommen haben, aber das Hotel die Buchung storniert hat, um eine neue Reservierung zu einem viel höheren Preis anzunehmen – fast dem Doppelten des ursprünglichen Preises, den wir bezahlt haben. Daher kann ich niemandem empfehlen, in einem solchen Hotel zu buchen, um Ihr Geld zu schützen.

Relax and amazing stay perfect for long stay and family vacation. Private dining team is great, breakfast team is great and housekeeping guy name Abishak very nice and attentive. Really nice short stay we had. It's close to shops mall and cafes to go get a cup of coffee and relax
