チェックインが15時以降と記載ありましたが、ドバイに朝早くについて荷物だけでも預けたいと思いホテルに8時頃到着！私は日本人で言語の壁の不安はありましたが翻訳機を用いて丁寧に対応していただけました！そしてその時間に無料でチェックインを済ませていただけました！また空き部屋があったのかブルジュ・ハリファが見える側の部屋にグレードアップもしていただけ最高の日になりました！ バルコニーからの景色も、インフィニティプールからの景色も本当に素晴らしかった、貴重な体験ができました！ またフロントのスタッフさんもキャリーケースを部屋まで持っていってくれたり、帰りも外まで持っていってくれ素晴しいサービスでした！ ドバイに訪れるかた、このホテルに宿泊を考えているかたはぜひ宿泊してみてくださいと、オススメしたくなるホテルでした！素敵な時間ありがとうございました！ Although it was stated that check-in was after 3pm, I arrived in Dubai early in the morning and wanted to leave my luggage at the hotel, so I arrived at the hotel around 8am! I'm Japanese, so I was worried about the language barrier, but they politely used a translator to help me! And I was able to check in for free at that time! Also, there was a room available, so I was upgraded to a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, which made it the best day ever! The view from the balcony and the view from the infinity pool were really amazing, and it was a valuable experience! The front desk staff also took my suitcase to my room and outside on my way out, which was a great service! If you are visiting Dubai or thinking of staying at this hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Супер отель во всём. Очень рекомендую. Отмечали день рождения ребенка, нам принесли торт и много разных сладостей. Инфинити пул с видом на бурдж халифу - это супер вид и эмоции. Вообще сам по себе отель это роскошь и богатство во всём. Завтраки отличные, наелись до ужина 😀😀 Рекомендую этот отель
