Preis Leistung ist völlig okay,Lage ist natürlich sehr gut weil Nähe zur Stadt in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Alles in allem völlig zufrieden.

I spent there only one night but everything was great! The check in and check out was quick and easy, friendly staff and a clean room. Everything as described, quiet neighbourhood.

Das Hotel entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war eher durchschnittlich, also einigermaßen sauber. Der Hauptgrund, warum ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen kann, ist die Unfreundlichkeit der Empfangsmitarbeiter. Ein freundliches Lächeln ist in der Dienstleistungsbranche wichtig und sollte gefördert werden. Auch sollte das Personal besser geschult werden, um flexibler auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste einzugehen. Zudem musste ich zusätzlich 7 Euro für das Parken zahlen, obwohl dies in vielen Hotels weltweit, sowohl in Europa als auch außerhalb, im Preis inbegriffen ist. Es geht mir nicht um die 7 Euro an sich, sondern um den Gesamteindruck des Hotels. Ich kann leider nicht empfehlen.
