Service van het hoogste niveau. Zeer vriendelijk personeel echt een geweldige ervaring dit hotel. Mooi uitzicht op het Palm Eiland en goed bereikbaar met de taxi. Ontbijt was elke dag zeer uitgebreid en de kwaliteit van het eten zeer goed.

ＪＢＲ、マリーナエリアに用事があるならいい場所と言えるけど、立地的にそれ以外へ移動するとなるとタクシーかレンタカーが必須、トラム、メトロも遠い。 それ以外の要素は本当に素晴らしい！食事、サービス、フレンドリーさ、清潔さ、室内の充実度、スカイプール、ジム、サウナ！ なのでＪＢＲ、ブルーウォーターラグーンエリアだけを全力で楽しむために泊ったほうがいいホテル！ また泊まりに行きたい！

Невероятно красивое место с потрясающим видом, обслуживанием и сервисом, это первый отель в котором солнечные очки возле бассейна намывают до блеска, водичку приносят в сумочках со льдом и полотенчиками для лица. В номере спишь как в облачке, постельное белье невероятное, косметика вся изумительного качества. Прекрасное место, всем рекомендую.

Great hotel, but the road from the room to the beach is very difficult. Many elevators need to be changed and it is a long way to go. Great breakfast

Отличный отель, везде красота) Номер оказался просторнее, чем мы ожидали) Сервис приятный, но имейте в виду что на 77 этаж пускают только 21+. Если меньше 21с то с 9 до 12 можно там находиться. На вечерний пейзаж не посмотрите(( Это в целом правила ОАЭ, но мы узнали об этом на месте, хоть у нас и был медовый месяц и мне без 2 месяцев 21 - исключений не сделали. Советую брать завтраки, а если есть возможность и обеды)

This is our last hotel stop on our vacation. We chose this hotel thinking that it is the most romantic escape in Dubai. We saw the ads regarding valentines Day. To be honest, worst resort to stay in Valentines Day. No special arrangements. We went for afternoon tea and got a table from the corner. There are no specific tables for this package. Full of people. There is no way to communicate with the hotel. You have to use room phone. I don't know how this hotel got 5 star forbes. After much waiting and fighting with reception, I got a table for 9 pm for dinner. I booked an outdoor table. Upon arrival, the hostess rudely informed me that the table is not available. Already, I was complaining, and I think they deliberately want us to get more upset. So we went to another restaurant. I also requested room decoration to give a surprise to my girl. After dinner we went to the room and they put some flower petals on bed. And that is it. No decoration. It seems like they did this on purpose just to make us more upset. Never recomending this place. Waste of money and ruined valentines Day
