A $300 security deposit/fee will need to be paid within 72 hours of booking. 85% is refundable within 15 business days of checkout. 15% goes to Vrbo for their service fees for hosts to use deposit feature, and for management to do their walkthrough following guest’s departure. The 15% fee will be charged for ANY deposits or fees, because Vrbo fees are passed down to the host. This includes, but is not limited to any change of plans. This property is for 30, or more days booked. We only allow a 3 car minimum on property. Anymore than that will result in immediate dismissal from property with no refund.
