A Perfect Getaway at Melia Durrës! Our long weekend at Melia Durrës exceeded all expectations! The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The guys at the beach bar were incredibly polite and professional. A big shoutout to Jurgen, Rejan, Klaudio, Toni, and the amazing Latin dance teacher for creating a fun and lively environment. We also appreciated the warmth and charm of Fabiola, Meri, and Irena. Gledis, the lovely girl at the rooftop bar, impressed us with her full commitment and care. The food, drinks, and cleanliness of the hotel were outstanding. The SPA and organized activities added even more value to our stay. Also, a big thank you to Nertila, Redi, and Elisa at the restaurant – they were simply fantastic. We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back! See you soon Melia Durres!

The stuff is very lovely, very polite and helpful. In particular I would like to name out Indrit for outstanding service. Will definitely recommend. The room quality is great, very clean. The lighting is a bit dim, would prefer if it was brighter.

From before check in to our last night, the hotel has been nothing but helpful. This is all down to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our experience special. I would like to give a special shout out to Renata who helped a great deal before we arrived with our transport and organised a room upgrade for us. During our stay Brikena was the most attentive and engaging bartender and without her our trip would not have been the same. Her attention to detail meant that every night we had an enjoyable time and we are so grateful for her service!

the staff was very nice and accommodating, especially brikena at the sports bar and all the other female staff members. my only complaint would be that the ac was off throughout our whole stay because they hadn’t turned on the central ac system. the room was always really warm and it was hard to sleep at night. the staff are also unaware of everything that is included in the all inclusive. everyone will tell you something different. we were unaware that we had access to certain services or restaurants until our last night. make sure to ask all ur questions while you check in so that you get all information because otherwise they will not tell you.

Had a great time here even though it was only for a few days. Went to the Sports Bar and Birkena was the sweetest. The all inclusive was very extensive and the drinks and food were amazing. There were different options everyday so you won’t get tired of what you’re having. Definitely recommend !

We stayed at The Level and truly enjoyed every detail of the resort and the exclusive The Level package. Everything exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to the four amazing activity instructors – Jurgen, Rejan, Klaudio, and Toni – who were always present, incredibly polite, and radiated positivity throughout our stay. Their energy made every activity more enjoyable and engaging. At the Cape Nao restaurant, we were impressed by the outstanding service provided by Nertila and Redi. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made our dining experience exceptional. We were also charmed by Gledis, the friendly and cheerful girl at the rooftop, and Rexhina, the sweet instructor who led our Latin dance class with such grace and enthusiasm. A heartfelt thank you as well to the reception team, who were always kind, helpful, and accommodating. They even offered us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The hotel was perfect in every detail – truly the only one in Albania that meets such a high standard of professionalism. There was never a shortage of activities, and I honestly can't wait to return. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Melia. We were fortunate to be looked after by Gerti who was very hospitable, answered all the questions we had and even recommended places to visit in Durres and activities near the hotel. In addition, the food, guest experience packages and amenities were 10/10.
