We do have two small kids and share walls with the unit, so expect to hear normal kid sounds up until 9:30 weekdays, and possibly 10:30 on non-school nights. The pool closed starting September 18th, will re open next summer. The hot tub is 104° and open, just give me a heads up upon booking so I can prepare it! When it's freezing outside the hot tub might be on, however might not keep a hot temperature.
