房間整潔寬敞，佈置温馨，床鋪柔軟舒適，晚上休息得很好。衞生間乾淨，洗浴用品齊全，水壓和熱水都很穩定。窗外的景色也很美，讓人心情愉快。

交通便利，到各個景點都很方便，是個性價比較高的酒店

酒店開窗正好能看到城堡，下面就是愛丁堡的花園噴泉。房間很新，裏面設施都很齊全。從愛堡火車站拖行李回來會稍微感覺有點遠。還有另外一家普瑞米爾酒店會離火車站稍近一點。但意外收穫就是離鄉村迪恩村很近，導航走路過去10-13分鐘。總共住了2晚。都是英國當地市民入住比較多，沒有碰到過國人。

酒店位置極佳，就在王子街，抬頭就看見愛丁堡城堡，步行5分鐘就到了，是新城老城交界處。酒店環境不錯，就是打掃服務跟不上，住兩天沒人收拾。

酒店位置還可以，房間裏燈光很暗，角落有塊小玻璃不能打開所以幾乎無窗，酒店早餐有兩種價格選擇，前台售賣的早餐（9鎊）衹能吃麪包+飲料，其它品類不能選擇

這次去英國訂了6家酒店，這家我覺得是最滿意的一家，位置優越，就在王子街上，很容易找，酒店提供的早餐是正宗的英式早餐，很豐富，味道也不錯，推薦。

I chose it because of its central location; besides, I've stayed at another Premier Inn hotels and my experience has always been satisfactory. Friendly and helpful staff. I once needed a taxi and just asked them for the number of a taxi company. They arranged the whole booking with no extra cost for me. Yesterday I forgot my key inside the room and they had no problem in giving me a spare one. You can book a meal deal, which is worthy; it's true that some courses take a supplement, but the extra amount isn't very high. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and helpful as well. As for housekeeping, you have to request it done every day (partial or full service) and need to hang a tag on the door knob so that the cleaners know it. This is the first time I've seen it, even at a Premier Inn. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, equipped with tea facilities and well-lit. However, I missed a glass or cup in the bathroom, as well as a bath mat (or the possibility to request it). As I hinted at the beginning, it's perfectly located. You have plenty of bus stops nearby, and Waverley Railway Station is at a reasonable walking distance. At Castle Street, next to the hotel, there's also a taxi rank. The next time I travel back to Edinburgh, it'll be my first option.

Staff is polite, rooms are clean & spacious. However I had kept request for room cleaning at reception. I asked for card to be hanged on the door knob but I was told it was not required. Instructions for cleaning are not followed, handwash soap was not refilled, water bottles were not replinished

hôtel très bien placé sur princes street près de tous les commerces et resto de New town et a 10 min à pied du château et du Royal mile. bon accueil pour un hôtel de groupe , chambre propre moderne et silencieuse, literie ok. idéal pour un séjour d'Édimbourg avec un super rapport qualité prix. il manque une étoile pour le manque de cachet mais sinon le reste est très bien

Excellent location but poor WiFi and not spotlessly clean room upon arrival. Asked for room to be cleaned next morning but when came back it wasn’t done. Staff apologised but didn’t seem too concerned. Window didn’t open and AC was weak, therefore room was stuffy and smelly. Was quite expensive too so a bit disappointed. Been to many other Premier inns and this one isn’t in my top 5. As I said though, really good location opposite castle

£250 a night, had absolutely terrible WiFi, would expect better for this sort of money………………..sort it out premier inn, can’t even look at face book, I shouldn’t have to pay for premium WiFi when I’ve already paid £250 ………………………………………………….

We were a large group of 11 friends. I was able to have the early check in which was a great bonus. Rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Everything was provided and rooms are well thought out. We were able to store our luggage on the last day which was perfect. This is probably one of the most centrally located hotels for the city and 5 mins walk from the airport tram stop. Would stay again.

Avoid room 110. An internal room with no natural ventilation or light. Nowhere to put my case to unpack. So it's stuck on the floor. Unpleasant, possibly cooking meat smells, periodically 'venting' into my room from evening all the way through the night and early hours of the morning. Couldn't figure out where they were coming from. Think I must be above the breakfast area as the noises of setting breakfast and dragging tables started pretty early doors. Never had a thinner, more tired-looking Premier Inn pillow. Am knackered after a crap sleep. Apparently this is a great location with castle views. If only I could see them. Very disappointed, and tired.
