Klaserie Drift

This place is amazing we all had the best time, the room had an amazing view over the river, the food was phenomenal and we were waited on hand and foot with delicious food, we were wowed from the beginning. Not to mention Roan, our game drive guide and host, who's experience, knowledge and passion for what he does was next level and infectious. We had some incredible animal sightings with him and the kids were so engaged

wow, wow, wow. what an experience. treated like royalty. ate like kings, red carpet like vip's, butler service. myself and my wife decided to getaway for the weekend, only in our dreams would we have expected to fall in love with this lodge as much as we did. from arrival to departure we were waited on beck and call. anything we wanted was no challenge for the team. set in pristine big 5 territory. got to expiernce lions up close and personal. lodge,rooms,library,dining area was well maintained and spotless and set on the klaserie river and next to the pool. supper was at the boma and bar area under the stars. the service was impeccable, the reception staff always had smiles on their faces and were very weloming from arrival, check in and arriving from our game drives.naledi and beauty were superstars. our game ranger kootcho was an absolute pleasure and blessing to be taken on game drives with. his knowledge of the bush and wildlife is endless. the food was out of this world. the chefs out did themselves meal after meal. a glutonous affair. overall this lodge ranks as the best private lodge i have been to. we will most certainly be back

We stayed at Misava Bush Lodge from 28 February to 4 March. The meals were, without exception, very good and the rooms were well serviced and very comfortable. Brenda and her team pulled out all the stops to make our stay memorable. We could name them but this is not necessary as there were no exceptions...all were incredibly welcoming and paid attention to the smallest request. Superbe endroit qui a dépassé nos attentes! Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel, attentif, très courtois et bienveillant. Notre suite était superbe, très jolie décoration, superbe vue, magnifique agencement. Les repas étaient fabuleux. Nous avons adoré les safaris, notre ranger était top! 10/10

Wir waren mehrere Nächte in der Safari Lodge und haben 9 Game Drives mitgemacht. Wir wurden von der Lodge am Flughafen abgeholt, nachdem wir den Fahrer gefunden haben, dieser wusste von uns nichts. Die Fahrt wann dann sehr angenehm in einem klimatisiertem Kleinbus. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich wurde jedoch im stehen mit 5 anderen neuen Gäste durchgeführt, dies haben wir schon besser erlebt. Die Erfahrungen der Tage waren unterschiedlich. TOP die Küche, wir jedesmal sehr gut zum Lunch und Dinner gegessen, vielen Dank dafür das Personal der Rezeption, mega freundlich und zuvorkommend, Danke!!! GAME DRIVES es gab leider nicht viele Tiere zu sehen obwohl wir die Big 5 gesehen haben, dies war uns jedoch nicht wichtig. Wir glauben das Gebiet ist zu groß und die Ranger dürfen nur in bestimmten Regionen fahren. Für uns war dies für eine Safari Lodge zu wenig. Der Ranger hat den Gästen nicht wirklich zugehört und war immer darauf fixiert einen Leoparden zu finden auch wenn die gleichen Strecken immer wieder gefahren ist. Trotz das wir ihn darauf hingewiesen haben ignorierte er dieses. Schade da der ranger doch er für die Gäste da ist und nicht für sich selbst!!! BAR PERSONAL manchmal sehr schwer zu finden und dieses gab einem noch das Gefühl das man stört. Zimmer war ok jedoch in die Jahre gekommen, bei dem Preis sollte man renovieren, Garden View Zusammengefasst: Die Lodge kostet über 1000€ pro Nacht, würden wir wieder buchen NEIN da wir für soviel Geld mehr erwarten.

We stayed at Klaserie in December with our children and my mom. Food: We flew straight in from Cape Town, so we were already spoilt with amazing cuisine. We were pleased beyond expectation at the food - it was delicious, and they adapted to our whims as needed - 5/5! Accommodation: We had a large suite which connected to an adjoining suite where our kids were staying. It was amazing and we saw many animals at the little watering hole outside our window. Outdoor shower was real fun for the kids! - 5/5 Safari - We stayed 5 nights, but saw the big five on the very first drive. Kudjo our guide was kind, patient and educational. What a great guy! We had a wishlist each day and he delivered! 5/5 Leisure time - pool, view, animal spotting from the terrace 5/5 (think we saw 40 elephants!) Friendly and helpful staff - they were kind, always smiling, always helpful. It was one of the best family holidays we ever had. 50000/5 Overall - 5/5 - it's incredible, just go........!
