酒店不大，下午到酒店後，一直等到入住時間也沒能馬上給我們辦理，房間還沒有準備好，等了半個小時才給辦。出門購物挺方便的，埃爾蘭根不大，小鎮很舒服，附近走走也很舒服。裏離公交車站也都很近。

酒店離公交站、火車站都很近，房間乾淨整潔，值得推薦。與歐洲很多酒店一樣，住宿需自備拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏。

시내 중심가에 위치해있고 바로 근처에 Norma와 REWE가있어 편리하다. 방은 굉장히 높은 퀄리티로 이틀간 완벽한 휴식을 보낼 수 있었음. 이불이 푹신하고 책상이 넓다.

Wir hatten eine Suite in der 8. Etage. Diese hat über eine große Dachterrasse verfügt - mit Ausblick über die Stadt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, schlicht aber geschmackvoll und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine über das Übliche hinausgehende Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken an, z.B. eine große Auswahl an Zutaten fürs Müsli, Kartoffelgratin, Kürbishaschee und Rote Bete Teriyaki. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I stayed there twice. The first time everything was more or less good, without any comments. During the second stay for one night, there was no water, bathrobe or slippers in the room, which was very unpleasant, because the first time it was all there. I also had the unpleasant experience of feeling problems with soundproofing between floors - guests from China sang songs all night, as if in my room. The bar does not work on weekends. A fair hotel, clean, quiet and tidy. Rooms are a bit small, with a small bed. Breakfast was rather boring, with the same options every day. Croissants were baked at least one day before, so not really fresh. Also the a/c in my room (heat) was working the first day but not the second day, instead they brought me a small portable heater.
