非常不錯，海灘很美。海灘很安靜，晚上的自助餐超出預期的好吃，居然還有紅燒牛尾。 飲料全部免費，咖啡也免費使用。 酒店環境稍微有點老舊，但是完全不影響使用。 園區裏的設施很不錯，很適合小朋友親子活動

This resort is NOT like in the photos at all. It's really rundown and ALL the staff are so unhappy - not their fault, I think it is management. But it is so sad to be around. All the guests would gather to chat about how awful the place is. It wasn't just us. We didn't meet anyone who was happy with the price they paid. It's probably equivalent to a three star all-inclusive. Maybe worth £700 for the week, not thousands! Even the beach was sort of pretty - but not like the photos they show. We left the resort and the beaches are stunning everywhere else. They were always running out of food/drink/kids clubs supplies The food at the buffet was ok but on two occasions I queued 40 mins and the family were never able to eat together The bedroom floor was sticky - mopping with a dirty mop Check in took an hour, and another hour and a half to get my bag to my room. Elevator doesn't often work - we were on the 6th floor out of 9 But the unhappiness of the staff is what will really bring you down. That was just sad. Also, don't book VIP - those private pool areas don't get sun! People were unhappy with it. The cabana pools were dirty too.

Great trip. The staff were helpful and courteous. Food was of an excellent standard with lots of variety. Set on a beautiful uncrowded bay with calm Caribbean sea. Unfortunatly the water-sports staff did not turn up for work so we were unable to utilise these facilities for one day of our trip. Rooms are large and spacious.

酒店設施標準夠用，服務員還是很熱情的；餐廳不錯的，都挺好吃，在全包酒店裡超預期了；不過不建議自駕車了，左邊駕駛也不習慣路況也不行，就酒店待着吧

衞生間很臟，甚至在牆上有一塊血跡。我自己用紙巾用了很多時間才給清理乾淨。這本不應該發生！ 餐飲也很不理想，但是能吃飽。當你看到水煮香蕉也算是一道特色菜時，就應該能想象到大概的食物水準。雞尾酒就是一些廉價飲料胡亂的堆砌。Bloody Mary是濃稠的番茄汁+辣椒汁。因為沒有薄荷，而無法提供Mojito。 最糟糕的是，本來期待的寧靜的海邊的夜晚與晚餐，卻被嘈雜的噪聲破壞了。及其讓人無法忍受的噪聲，衹有在日落之後出現。

幫別人定的，反饋説非常好，環境設施和服務都不錯，餐也很好吃，下次還會繼續定這家的，也會推薦給周圍的朋友。
