酒店入住期間、在大規模改造，門口封了一半，大廳變小，樓頂的看風景餐廳也關閉了。這個工程看起來沒個一年無法完工

服務不錯房間乾淨

設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好 位置好 景觀好

地理位置優越，景色宜人、出行方便；早餐美味豐富，前台及餐廳服務熱情周到。

服務超差，早上5點多，火警響了，一直響到近8點，酒店沒有解釋，沒有道歉。早餐人很多，幾乎無服務。房子超級老。頂層套房，露台風景好，其他都不行。感覺意大利總體酒店都很差。價格還很貴。

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. Nowhere was too far to walk. The room was amazing and the surroundings were magnificent. The staff were fantastic and the bar area was amazing with a live Piano play on each evening.

Superb We've visited Florence several times now and always loved walking pas this iconic building with the view that one day I would stay there. This visit that goal materialised. A great reception from the ladies in reception led us to our room facing the Arno River. The room was huge, king sized bed, and bathroom well appointed. Clean and spacious. Superb bedroom. Breakfast is also a treat. They have a chef who makes the most fantastic omlettes, and the stocking of the buffet breakfast is done maticuloulsly. Our go-to hotel from now on when we will inevitably return to Florence.

The Westin is located in a very convenient area you can walk everywhere from there, lots of places to eat and safe area. We really enjoyed our stay 🙏

Bel hôtel, bel emplacement, nous avons vraiment apprécié ce magnifique hôtel….je le conseille à tous! :)
