Whereas this hotel may once have been a grand affair, at the moment it is completely rundown. Management clearly recognises this and renovations are in full swing. As a consequence the whole building is vibrating with jackhammer sounds during the whole day. Staff was friendly and helpful but they can’t help with this. The hotel should not accept bookings during this phase.

The room is warm due to poor air condition. The room has bad odour of poor ventilation or vacant for long time.

Penginapan yang selesa bagi mereka di luar johor.. berdekatan , banyak kemudahan seperti tempat makan, DIY ,speedmart, stesen minyak petron dan lain-lain... Menjadi tempat pilihan saya dan keluarga jika berkunjung di hotel ini.. Yang paling penting harga berpatutan ...

Very good despites renovation running on. Good choice if you want a swimming pool and better to come.

Pengalaman paling buruk. Saja-saja healing hujung minggu. Masa tu order bilik standard dan dapat bilik upgrade sebab yang asal dah penuh. Itu dah bagus. Yang malangnya, tengah-tengah malam masa dah nak tidur. Tiba-tiba housekeeping tekan sekali sahaja loceng then terus terjah masuk sampai ke bilik tidur aku. Tak ada ketuk atau bagi Salam langsung. Then, argue dengan dia cakap bilik yang dah check out tu bukan bilik aku. Salah tingkat. But, still tak nak mengalah dan mintak maaf. Last sekali, aku terpaksa call reception. Conclusionya, pihak amansari, please la ambil pekerja asing yang at least boleh baca nombor bilik. Dan ajar pekerja tu adab atau procedure untuk bersihkan bilik. Agak keterlaluan menganggu privacy penghuni. Itu nasib baik aku Sola travel, kalau yang bawa famili macam mana?

Pleasant stay, location abit far from jb central.

nice clean room. friendly staff. variety food for breakfast

Very nice pool. Food are nice. Parking also near to the lift. Overall 9/10

Not quite up to par compared with its price. Room is old with old furnitures, but bathroom is recently renovated. Aircond not cold, was sweating thru the night and room is small.

Breakfast and room service can be improved.

Very clean and nice room with balcony.

設施：房間不小，還有陽台，但設施老舊，衣櫃打開一股怪味。空調壞的，無法打開。 衞生：金屬件都是銹斑，地毯很臟，床單枕頭很重汗味，懷疑沒有換過。 環境：住客看上去多是印度裔。 服務：一般般。 還在裝修改造，噪音很大，兩部電梯衹有一部能用。總而言之，非常不滿意
