"It’s a nice hotel but the reception doesn’t speak very good English which is weird. She was telling me something but did something else. Even tho I booked through this app they charged my card !!! I paid twice for one night!!! The front desk said ok I have handled it and thought I wouldn’t get notified but then she took the money! It wasn’t like that the night before I don’t understand"
